Last time I was in the town I went to the other Ruby Tuesday by the beach this time they put us in a different hotel for work but again right behind a Ruby Tuesday so of course I had to stop by and again even though it's a different ruby Tuesday, outstanding service. The food was hot and fresh. The server Marie took care of me and I saw the same manager. I'm pretty sure he was the guy that was at the other location came by again with a big smile on his face said he remembered me, but I'm sure he says that to all the guests, but he asked me how I was doing and how everything was and honestly it couldn't be better. Even though the music was a little loud, I didn't mind because I had to do work on my laptop so I had my earphones in.

After moving on this side of town this place has become my new spot. Everyone here is great! As I come into the restaurant everyone is very polite and they are very friendly! Ever since my first experience in this establishment I felt welcomed and knew I would be back!

Tay is an amazing server. She really goes out of her way to make her guests feel welcome. I enjoy her hospitality every time I come to the location. The food is always delicious and she just makes the meals that much more enjoyable

Unfortunately, upon entering this establishment, no one was upfront to greet us, and the workers who saw us didn't make an attempt to greet us. So we left the restaurant immediately. To make matters worse, there were barely any customers present.

I visited the monument rd location. the first time I went I had the salad bar only, and I think that $13 is too much for what is offered. However, the choices were fresh and a staff member constantly brought out more. The next time thesalad bar was on sale and I paid $9, which is more accurate. The 3. Time my friend ordered a sirloin and was not happy at all. It was overcooked, and served with nothing, just a steak on a plate, no sauce, gravy, or garnish, just nothing. The steak was not seasoned and the whole rider was really disappointing.The ambience of the restaurant is a but dingy and worn out, but overall clean. The staff however, some of them looked really sloppy. One restocked the salad bar and just slapped the food into the bowls, not caring if some of it landed at the floor. When I asked about flatbread, he just mumbled and disappeared, very strange.Overall, the salad bar us ok, but only at the sale price.

They served me raw chicken! (I've attached pictures) I took a bite of the boneless chicken wings and immediately spit it out because I knew something was wrong. The chicken was uncooked. No manager came out to apologize or to comp my food. A manager should have apologized, comped the food I ordered, and given me a gift card. I've never eaten raw chicken in my life! If I get sick I'm calling a lawyer! Look at the pictures everyone!

My husband and I have been coming to this location for over 15 years. The staff are great, the management is exceptional. GM Justin Connell has made my husband and I feel like we are truly appreciated every time we see him. The food is great and the salad bar is always stocked and fresh. It's so nice to have a place to go to where the staff isn't constantly turning over, that's a testament to the leadership.

The website advertised a Tuesday special of $5.99 burgers. When I called to order three of them, the manager of the Fleming Island, Florida store rudely told me that they're not doing that. It needs to be taken off the website, if they aren't going to honor it.

We decided to come here because they were having a limited deal of unlimited salad bar and ruby cheeseburger for $9.99. Our waiter was brand new and he was pretty good. We loaded up our salads and ate it all while we were waiting for our food. Salad 10/10! We got the hamburger and fries which alone usually cost $11 the fries were more on the soggy side than crisp. The hamburger in general would've been amazing if it had seasoning on it. Ruby hamburger 6/10. If you ever come here I recommend to try the salad every time!

We visited for lunch today with a few friends who had not been . Our server Joe was delightful and suggestive. I ordered Penne bake and it was perfect. I told him he will be seeing us more as we all had a great lunch and will be returning for him and salad bar .

Just left this establishment. We were a party of 7 that was seated by the hostess but was never addressed by a waiter. We told an employee after 20 minutes that we never received water or any type of acknowledgement. After another 10 minutes are whole party left without one employee saying a word. Never have I ever had an experience like this! There is no 0 or negative remark so I guess I have to leave a 1 star!
