Dined for lunch today. Food was delicious but our waitress was terrible. We have dined at M Brothers in the evening and both the food and service were outstanding. I know Medure is shooting for a M star and would hate to have a server blow it.Food 4 star. Service 1.

Kaely is an outstanding server and always makes the evening fun. Apps of escargot, calamari, and pork belly were excellent. Fish special was okay. Pappardelle is always satisfying. Pana cotta was a miss, but ooey gooey dessert was a win!

I give M Brothers 5 stars. It is beautiful, clean fresh ambiance and you can actually carry on a conversation. Chef Thomas came from The Ritz Amelia and the food was amazing. They also have an open kitchen❣️Fabulous restaurant
Great food and service in a very unexpected place. Very nice bar and a view of the kitchen which I guess is better than over looking the operating theater. Give it a try you won't be disappointed I will be back again

M Brothers at Mayo is a hidden gem ? in the San Pablo/intercostal area! It’s located inside the Mayo Clinic and has a great atmosphere, fabulous service and delicious food for lunch and dinner. Perfect for a quiet business meeting, celebration dinner or date night out. Check out the menu! Executive Chef Thomas Rivers is a delight and a food artist. He mentioned that their menu is getting a face lift soon—can’t wait to try it!

Who would have thought that going to the hospital would result in one of the best meals in town. Incredible restaurant in and incredible Hospital. And you dont even have to be sick to go there. A total win.
Everything was perfect, all four courses were unusual but delicious, the server was very friendly and attentive but not invasive, and the music set the atmosphere for a romantic evening in a beautiful decor! I had oysters to start, never had them prepared this way before but were delicate and flavorful! The beet and goat cheese salad and main course scallops were both excellent. Strawberry and tomato shortcake dessert was amazing, the texture of the cake was not like usual shortcake!

Outstanding service, food was excellent, server was very knowledgeable about wine, music was at the right volumes, background music. My special lady and I enjoyed our Valentine dinner with M Brothers.
I've eaten here a few times. Good location if on the Mayo campus. The service is extremely slow. That hasn't changed but it may be due to short staffing. Keep in mind, this is not a grab and go hospital restaurant. It's $$$

All in my party of 5 enjoyed their meal. Escargot, butternut squash soup and burrata for appetizers. Fish special (snapper), fired calamari, and salmon/caponata for mains. Service was very good.

We had a wonderful time at M Brothers at Mayo for the February Taste of South Africa menu! Highly recommend and will do it again! Can't wait to see what country March will host by M Brothers at Mayo. :) The chefs complimentary chocolates at the very end of the meal were better than the dessert served with the South Africa fixed menu! Yummmm !
