Highly recommend Magic waffle!!!! We made a special trip out this morning and it was absolutely worth it. I have to eat gluten free and so the waffle is gluten free. I am SO IMPRESSED with the texture. It's light and airy, substantial enough to be a good shell for hearty fillings and crispy on the outside while maintaining soft sponge on the inside.
