The moment we talked to Karen on the phone, we knew Mai Oui! was the perfect fit for out wedding. All of our guests raved about how good the appetizers, dinner and desserts were. Even our wedding leftovers the next day were delicious! Karen really went above and beyond for us. The buffet table was decorated to match our wedding theme, the staff was quick to clear plates and glasses, and the food even looked beautiful. We changed our minds on a meat option a couple of times and Mai Oui! was so accommodating. They can make just about anything you request! We wish we could eat our wedding dinner all over again!

Mai Oui ensured that third one was absolutely met.Ericka helped me design the perfect menu and adjusted it as needed to meet our headcount, food allergies, and even whim changes. Variety was so important to me and, as was making sure there was food everyone would like.I demanded no sit down restrictions of chicken, beef, and pasta but neither did I want a buffet with long lines. Ericka struck the perfect balance with food stations - each station was different, the lines were nonexistent, and each station provided its own variety of flavors and customizableness.The happy hour had passed food and I was only sad I couldn't crash it for all the yum. And then! Ericka ensured that we had samples to try at our table, as well as plated and brought us our preferred selections of foods from the stations. What? I got to eat at my own wedding? Can I just say WOW. My family and friends are still talking about the food from my wedding. From the inquiry, to the tasting, to the night of the wedding, Ericka and her team were so amazing. Ericka is extremely attentive and flexible when it comes to menu changes. We had dietary restrictions when it came to the menu (gluten free), and Ericka was able to easily let us know what options were available. The food was absolutely delicious and was plated beautifully. Ericka made sure that my husband and I were fed throughout the night, as well as sent us home with a sweet care package of extra food, champagne, flutes, and slices of cake. Mai Oui! Catered our wedding this HOT and rainy July and they went above and beyond. Several months before the wedding we talked with Ericka and her and her team came up with a menu that perfect for our needs and wants. We had a tasting and the food was incredible.We had some crazy requests, like a raw bar for our outdoor July cocktail our, and they were able to pull it off. They were able to cater our event even when the venue didn't have a kitchen at all. We had some last minute requests, like changing meats and adding things like mini-burgers and grilled cheese and soup at the end of the night for post-reception snacks and they were able to accommodate no problem.Ericka was a joy to work with and made sure we were confident in our choices and made sure we had no troubles anywhere. She made sure we had food during reception while we were making our rounds.At the end of the night, we got a whole smorgasbord of our food so that we were able to get a taste of everything, and even was sent our leftovers that we requested.I highly recommend Mai Oui! as their food is top notch and the service and professionalism is exemplary. For any future events and if any one ever asks us, Mai Oui! is always going to be our go to.

I had no single issue came out during my whole experience when catering with them. Most of my family is Vietnamese and I was worried about the cultural difference for my wedding. But Erica came through it was absolutely amazing how she kept everything on tract and moving. I also receive a small gift for me and my wife at the end of the night Eric is just shows how much she will go outer I wait for you Erica. And if you need another example, we had one unexpected family member apply it two days before the wedding. But Erica still made it work that's how good she is.
