My kids had a great time bowling, but service was pretty slow. It took forever to get a server to bring food and drinks. Then I stood around after our game finished waiting to pay the bill for at least 10 minutes. The hour bowling is very misleading, we barely had time for one game with two small kids. For the price, it should be two games. A lot of the games in the arcade are rigged to lose. And the guy in the prize shop had a bad attitude if you asked a question. Not all of their prizes are labeled with a ticket number. I mentioned I couldn't get the SpongeBob card reader to work and he shrugged and ignored me. Overall, probably will find somewhere else next time.

Awesome staff. Shout to our host Jasmine. Food was surprisingly amazing. The one manager, red haired with glasses, cool dude. However, same ole’ disgusting , vile clientele. Must be the neighborhood.
The employee’s were VERY rude to me for absolutely no reason, the food was way over priced like a bottle of water that’s halfway filled was $7. I’m not trying to be cheap but that sounded overpriced for a small bottle of water and not just the water, the whole food menu in general. The place was messy and unorganized not to mention the teenagers and young kids in the arcade were extremely disrespectful to me and my other family members.

WORST ESTABLISHMENT okay so boom the very first time i went to Main Event EVER was last year right when i got stationed to jax the actual building and set up is very nice! the service was horrendous, the employees on shift were non attentive! i actually had someone tell me the bar was closed for food but it was really open and we realized once they called it over the speaker that it was closing which was about 40 min later literally no courtesy … we received no server to get food and drinks as we bowled so we just walked back and forth to the bar which was across the building so the game was constantly interrupted mind you you’re paying around 45ish per hr to bowl LMAOOO lets fast forward im like let me give them a chance again so I have a couple of friends who are going to a new duty station and my other half of my other friends are going on deployment so we wanted to do a little mini gathering at main event to bowl. That morning I called and asked when was the last time to get your shoes to bowl before they close, the representative kindly told me the last time to get shoes is at 11pm because they close at hour after at 12 AM. My friends and I were a little late so we got there at 10:30pm but didn’t get in line until about 10:38pm we get in the line yall once we got to the register the manager explained she was told that she had to close early tonight but we welcome to stay and play games until they close at 12 AM…. BUT The individuals who are already bowling have until they close at 12 AM someone help me understand because my math is no adding up.. Nonetheless, it’s safe to say I would never go back to main event and I don’t recommend anyone else Spend money at the establishment as well!!

For whatever it's worth to anyone looking at Main Event for a birthday party... I do not recommend. I was not the only one there this weekend upset about how their birthday party was being handled either (many were way more upset!). They assign you a birthday host-- ours was inept and wasted our time (the kids only have a certain amount of time to play)--- something wasnt working so they offered a backup, that backup didn't work so I went to find someone and they called a manager who never came. For a place hosting birthday parties they have no idea how to anticipate anything--- everything has to be asked several times (and again-- time is ticking they only have a certain amount of time for certain things). Also, everyone I talked to just generally did not know how to handle problems, talk to customers (employees seemed annoyed to be there). We also had to tip the party host 1 hour into the 3 hour party and she disappeared for the last 2 hours. Will never go here again. Lesson learned! Parties at home or at the park! Horrible service, terrible atmosphere.

My husband, myself, and our six kids ordered food and bowled at Main Event and it was an amazing experience. Our waitress was great and service was quick and efficient! We will definitely be back in the future. Great time had by all!
Had my son's birthday party there today and I will 100% never do it again there. Everything from beginning to end was unorganized. We paid for a host no host was directed to us as per contract. The pizza, would have been better off getting it from little Cesar's (not a fave) we were rushed by staff the kids drinks got thrown away when they rushed us to yet another table. (3 table changes) the girl that they threw over to us isn't a party host didn't know anything on what was going on like the only thing that did go right was the arcade games part. Just very disappointing all around and my guests were first timers (the parents) and today's experience just turned all of us completely against returning. ?

We went last night and they were SO busy, there were a lot of sports events and proms going on this weekend so a lot of people were celebrating here. The staff was friendly the bartender was awesome. Unfortunately our boys never got to bowl they said wait time was an hour but we were there for over an hour waiting and never got to bowl, so they just played games. We didn't eat anything but the drinks were good and the food looked great from what I saw at the bar. The one thing I will say is the bathrooms definitely need more attention they were pretty gross and all the stalls had no toilet paper. Regardless we all had fun the kids were happy and I believe they refunded us for the bowling since we never got to play. They have a lot of things to do so all though it was packed it was a fun night.
