If I can give 0 stars, I would. My parents called this location a little before 5pm on 3/17/24 trying to place an order. The man who answered the phone asked him to hold… my father was on hold for over 10 minutes. So at this point my mother calls the location and asks if there is a long wait to order over the phone in which the man replied no and then tried to take her order. At this point my dad lets the man know he’s still on hold trying to place an order and let’s the man hear the hold music coming through my dads phone so instead of apologizing, the male worker hangs up on them. When my parents try giving the store one more chance and call again, their call is ignored. My father has an accent so all I can assume is this is a matter of discrimination and rather than having the patience to take a FREQUENT customers order, they decide to lose not only customers who order on a weekly basis, but also participate in terrible customer service. When I called off of my phone number, he answered in which I asked to speak to his manager who also had a terrible attitude. She asked the worker why he hung up and he claimed my parents hung up on him… does that make sense to do after trying to order 3 times? Just to completely verify I played back our in home security cameras of the phone call to prove the worker was the one who hung up, and he was. So not only does he lack customer service but he also lies and the manager decided to believe it and defend it over the phone and lost frequent customers. Also a disclaimer: I’ve worked in customer service and understand long wait times/ busy rush hours in the food industry as do my parents, but this does not justify the behavior we experienced. As I told the manager on the phone, I don’t want any compensation, but I do suggest you DO BETTER.

We do a girls trip about once a year. Somehow are trips almost always end up in florida.Our girls trip when in town always involves getting pizza from here is always a must!
I just downloaded the app and placed my first order, once I got the place I was attended by a very young lady, her name is Sara or Sarah, she is one of the kindest human in the world, one of a kind to be honest. When I got in my car I noticed that I placed everything wrong, I supposed to order half of the pizza only with cheese for my daughter. I went back and explained my mistake and asked for a new pizza assuming my mistake and of course to pay for it. This young lady gave it to me for free just because of my daughter and it meant a lot! Whoever is her boss please help her grow and don't let her go. If this review is read by her parents feel proud of what she is and how nice she is. We need more people like this in this world.

It was a rainy Friday night and Jake was feeling hungry. He had just finished a long day at work and wanted to treat himself to some pizza. He opened his Uber Eats app and searched for nearby pizza places. He saw that Marco's Pizza had a 4.8 rating and decided to give it a try. He ordered a large pepperoni magnifico pizza and a side of buffalo wings. He also added a double chocolate brownie for dessert. He waited patiently for his order to arrive, watching some Netflix on his couch. He heard a knock on his door and opened it to see a friendly delivery driver holding a hot and fresh pizza box. He thanked the driver and tipped him generously. He brought the pizza to his living room and opened the box. He was greeted by a mouthwatering aroma of cheese, sauce, and pepperoni. He took a bite and was amazed by the taste. The pizza was perfectly cooked, with a crispy crust and a soft center. The cheese was gooey and stretchy, and the pepperoni was spicy and flavorful. He dipped a wing in the buffalo sauce and enjoyed the tangy and hot sensation. He finished his meal with the brownie, which was moist and rich, with chunks of chocolate in every bite. He felt satisfied and happy, and decided to leave a positive review for Marco's Pizza on Uber Eats. He wrote: "This was the best pizza I've ever had! The location on Baymeadows is nice and inviting. The restaurant dining area was very clean. I arrived early and my pickup order was being prepared at the time which was awesome. Hot and fresh, the pizzas were greatly enjoyed by my guests. An overall great first experience!
