Don't know if it was just a off day, but the wait was almost 30 minutes in drive through. Looked like a full staff inside and almost no one in the dine-in. Food was fine when eventually got it.
You don't normally expect much from a McDonald's, but this might be the worst McDonald's I have been to. They are severely understaffed and constantly get orders wrong or leave out items.

Ordered online (McDonald's app) a couple of double cheese burgers and fries. What was surprising to me was that the french fries were actually cooked well-done [crispy] and were good! It's very sporadic that I've ever had good, well-done/cooked french fries from McDonalds. Those fries like so many other said fast food restaurants are oftentimes undercooked, not crispy at all, and limpy - baked/microwave type of cooking that may fool a kid, but should not fool an adult.
