Since they renovated it, it has been a total failure. They take too long and some of the staff treat the customer badly. There is not much parking space. There is plenty of staff and they still take too long to serve the orders.
Newly rebuilt McDonald's is typical of new fast food restaurants. No cashier, just kiosks. Someone calls your number, you get your food, the end. Disappointed by the lack of care and rush on my burger. A normal person would've layered 3 patties and 3 pieces of cheese. Person threw all 3 on top of the patties and the third slice missed sandwich and was hanging for life against the side. I did not go in to eat yet at the newly renovated McDonald's on Merrill, but I did go through the drive-thru. After that, I kne.w I had to review. Everything was very streamlined, and the staff is excellent. The guy on the drive-thru intercom was very friendly and the woman handing me my order was also very friendly and upbeat.
