We placed a mobile order for curbside pickup for 2 medium fries with a McFlurry, shake and sundae for a little treat for us and our son. We waited over 20 minutes in the curbside pickup spot while the drive thru flowed and other people picked up their mobile curbside pickup orders even though they arrived after us. So, I went inside to check on our order; I held the door for the employee who had brought the food to the car next to us and asked them to check our order, so they went to the back and said, "oh yeah, it's right there about to be filled." Then i proceeded to wait another 10-15 minutes before someone else asked what I was waiting on. So I told them I was waiting on a mobile order for curbside pickup placed over 20 minutes ago to which they replied, "space 3?" I said, "yes, that's the one." Them: "We don't have any ice-cream." Me: "Well you all took the money; can I get the fries and a refund for the ice-cream items?" Them: "Idk, I need to see if we can do that; do you want something else instead like cookies or something." Me: "No, we just wanted a little ice-cream snack; I'll just take the fries and a refund please." So she gets another employee who asks if I want something else instead, so I repeated that I just wanted the fries and a refund again. So finally they issued the refund and brought me my 2 medium fries after 45 minutes from placing my order.I understand if your ice-cream maker is out of service; but the epic failure of customer service is inexcusable. I should have had the fries brought to my car within the 2-5 minute eta given on the app and apologetically informed that the ice-cream was out of service and asked if I wanted to replace the items or get a refund. Not one time did any of the employees apologize for the inconvenience or for the wait. Absolutely atrocious failure…but that seems to be the status quo across the board at most McDonald's sadly.

we whent there put our order in at the kiosk never got a receipt then when the food came up we where missing a 10 piece nugget and didnt have any sauces we asked the person about it and they said ok and never got back to us after 15 mins we just left highley

Every visit is horrible. Service, leadership, food, atmosphere! No accountability always upset or angry! Will ruin your order then act as though it’s your fault they ruined it! I do not recommend eating here ever!

This ghetto piece of a work industry building is terrible with communication with customers.They question your order even when you tell them if it's your order or a uber/door dash order, and then get snippy with you.Then they refuse to take your order when they're the damn problem.

I received 0 caramel in my frappe seemed maybe the employee was confused b’cuz I added cookie crumble I received an Oreo frappe I brought this attention to the 1st window before paying & they said they would fix it then the 2nd window handed me a frap with no caramel & asked if I had the mocha frap Said no is that caramel? “Yes” Gave me frap I took it & drove away as all 3 employees were staring at me almost annoyed that I even tried to confirm it was a caramel frappe Drove away with Oreo I’ve ordered from this McDonalds many times through the app with 0 problem except for the last two times I had wrong size fries last time but they were very kind & fixed it This experience was unfortunate I felt very dumb & unwelcome I really liked this McDonalds! I’m sorry for the long review thank you for all your hard work Ik mistakes happen but this was very directly not a mistake & could have been handled differently than 3 employees stared at me Also the reason I’ve been ordering through the speaker is the app malfunctioning recently & not let me place a mobile order so I paid about 5+ dollars more for this poor experience & couldn’t even ask to use my deal as I didn’t want to confuse them more, it’s very ironic because last time they mixed up my fries and fixed the size with no problem and were super nice. BUT the people on shift 2/15 around 5:30PM were not helpful or friendly only the lady who took my payment smiled and listened but unfortunately it still went very wrong. I also just checked their app and it says they’re out of caramel frappe, so maybe they were and no one bothered to inform me but passing off a product that is very clearly not what I asked for and when asked not even for an explanation but just verifying this is the flavor I ordered and getting blatantly lied to with a very clear zero caramel frappe in their hand and then even asking if I had a mocha frappe felt like a joke. My receipt said nothing about the simple cookie crumble I requested when ordering and stated very clearly 1 Large Caramel Frappe. There is a very big lack of communication here as the employee at the first window did not change my order after talking through the headset to the employees at the second window and they all just were laughing. Not fun! Extremely disappointed as this has been my go-to for a nice treat for a long time but seems unless I use the mobile app or pay 15 extra dollars for uber eat delivery to order, order will not be accurate or correct and ignored if you bring up the issue. I felt uncomfortable even trying to ask for a refund and made me want to never come here ever again.
