Hat's off to MGR Latoya and Customer Advocate Ronisha for going above and beyond this evening!!! The Customer' Uber Eats order was not pulling up initially when Ronisha reached our for MGR assistance and Latoya found the order fixed the issue and things are running smoothly!! Oh my.. The staff is very rude and very unprofessional they take forever getting your order out to you and they never get the order right and when u say something about it they are very nasty about it and they never give u a receipt and then they want to ask you for a receipt when u have correct them on messing up your order or what is even taking so long to get the order to you and everyone else that is coming through there for food or a beverageEither way it should matter what u coming...read full review

Was asked to pull forward to the drive thru wait area. Never a big deal, but the time waited for what was delivered was frustrating. Food took a very long time to come out, and when it did what was brought out was cold, nothing to indicate my wait was to prepare and cook my food. And things were still forgotten.
