Since when does McDonald’s not allowed refills? Are you that hard up on money? I understand not having the machines out in the lobby but to tell your paying customers that they are only allowed to get one drink for the money spent. Yea I will not be back to this location. I will drive 10 extra miles to rivercity or the Main Street location.
Update: this McDonald's was finally released from the horrible franchisees and is now a corporate store. It needs a lot of help, but that should be obvious after decades of running it into the ground. I still avoid this location and go to Main St., although Main St. has some issues too... When you go in and ask for your sandwich to have Mac sauce added to the sandwich then put it on the sandwich. Not on the side. If I wanted to make my own lunch I wouldn’t have ordered food. Yet the staff expects 15$hr. Can’t even get the order correct.
