Havent been here in yrs.My lady friend needed a quick late night bite so we stopped,Slow service I believe they were under staffed. & Guys outside begging cars in the drive threw for money. Or something. He Tried walking up to my car late at night. I emediatly grabbed for my gun he ran the other way its insane it needs to be stopped.

I’ve been standing inside at the counter trying just to place an order. It’s been 25 minutes and I’m still waiting!! The whole staff is hiding in the back, everyone is avoiding the front. This location is a mess.

Worst customer service ever. Selena will talk over you versus listening to understand the customer order. Even though I said multiple times I wanted chicken nuggets she keep asking about a burger. Once I received my food FRIES WERE COLD & my nugget were at the bottom of the bag. When I call the corporate number at the bottom of receipt Ronda is no better with customer service. It is ridiculous customer get treated in this manner. Maybe if the franchise owner was more involved instead of at other locations maybe this establishment wouldn’t have two stars. I requested a call from owner per Ronda it won’t happen. One star review it is.
