After pulling up and going inside, the manager who was a rude jerk commanded us not asked us but commands us to use the kiosk. I'm handicapped and standing is hard for me for more then a few mins. She wouldn't help at all so we left. Mcdonalds will be the next giant to go down if the don't fix these issues very quickly. Seriously screwed up that they won't even help the handicapped.

Normally go here for lunch but I will be taking a break. While I was eating, I heard and older lady(customer) ask the Associate for help because she didn't know how to use the kiosk and wanted to place an order. The employee told her she would either have to use the kiosk or go through the drive thru. The lady asked again after trying the kiosk and another customer had to step in to help.I'm over the kiosks and McDonald's ownership should still focus on customer service. But after that employee's comment, I won't be returning for awhile.

This McDonald's has gotten very awful in recent years. I never bother to write reviews for bad experiences but today's experience was worth noting. Placed a mobile order to pick-up inside. Upon entering the restaurant, a teenager warned me they'd be closing the lobby. A number of other individuals were inside waiting for orders and seated in the lobby so I let him know I had an order to pick up inside and proceeded to wait with the other customers.About 10-15 minutes later, a woman I assume was the manager began very rudely kicking the waiting customers out of the store, including a gentleman who had previously placed an order and had seated himself in the dining area with laptop etc out. Very rude. "Y'all gotta get outta here right now!" When told that all of us waiting had already ordered our food and were just waiting for a pick-up, she very unhelpfully suggested, "then y'all best get in your cars and get in the drive-thru cuz ya ain't gettin' yo food in here."Had I not already been forced to pay through the app I would have simply cancelled my order at this point. However, I did as instructed and went to the drive-through. I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes to get to the speaker, at which point I was told they did not have my order in their system, but were then able to pull it up again. The woman in front of me at the window had apparently been to told to pull around and wait in the front of the building, which caused some confusion for her and she eventually walked back up to the window to cancel her order (which like mine had been a mobile order). It took another roughly 10 minutes from the ordering speaker for them to hand me my food. Well over 30 minutes since I first arrived for pick-up.When I got home, discovered my order was basically in a shambles. 5 of 6 chicken nuggets, and they were both lukewarm and hard. The McDouble was a McSingle, with all the condoments squirted on one side and all over the wrapping. Despite them asking what kind of sauce I wanted for my nuggets, no sauce was placed in the bag.Bear in mind that this was around 2:30pm on a weekday. While I was inside the store, I noted approximately 5 employees that were visible from the lobby area, however only 2 of those seemed to be actively involved in prepping food or orders. I noted only 8 total orders pending while I was inside, 4 of which were mobile orders. I also noted the inside did not appear to have been cleaned recently and some of the screens and equipment inside were in disrepair.I wish I could say this was a one-off experience, but it seems over the last few years this has been par for the course at this location. Orders are never correct or well-prepared, and despite what seems to be a full staff that's not particularly pressed by a rush of customers, they can never seem to actually move orders through in a timely manner. Extremely disappointed in the degradation of this location over the years.

I ordered a shamrock McFlurry, and this is what I got. Before driving off, I asked the girl in the window more than several times to mix. She claimed she didn’t know how or if it came mixed, and the order was not fixed. Will not be going back. Waisted my money.

This staff has brought rain on a sunny day. I had to go and find ketchup for my McNuggets, because they think it is hilarious to not fulfill their order. When asked for a side condiment there is a special place for people like them. Needless to say I am not happy, and want to yell at somebody have you ever been so down in your life to where you have to find ketchup as a last resort for your McNuggets you guys are the reason why the suicide rate is so high
