Storensays lobby open till 11 pm. Came at 1030 it's closed. They said they didn't get my order and they don't have much food because they are closing....rude at that!

Worst experience I have ever had at any other McDonalds and that says a lot because most McDonald’s have bad customer service. This one was the worst of all. My husband, kids and I came to just get a few mcchicken bundles and my husband got a free mc chicken with his Rewards. When we ordered at the window we check the screen and everything was correct. The drive through Lady said our order was $27. Okay we paid we went to the other window and got our food. We notice that half of our order wasn’t in the bag. We told the, idk, manager or whoever that we were missing something’s. She immediately starts arguing with us that they gave us everything on the receipt. First how did she exactly already know that without checking the receipt? so we let her know what we ordered and she wasn’t trying to hear anything but kept telling us what was on the receipt and that it’s not that serious. We see on the receipt that the order wasn’t right and was only charged $20 when she told us $27. She was Extremely unprofessional. It’s was back and forth for about 10 mins and at the end she said she will give us a fry even though we were missing about 3 items. I will never come back!

I love how most all McDonalds locations have reduced the size of their menu items while keeping prices at their highest. Hamburgers are not hamburgers anymore. They are the size of a small cracker. You should re-brand these products as the "Mc No Value Menu".

I took my daughter to go get a happy meal 1/3/24 and the young lady taking our order over the speaker yawned over the speaker loudly during our order. Then as I was paying her at the window she was scrolling on her phone watching a video. I’m not sure when it became okay to be on your phone during customer service. I saw it happen at Claire’s the same day, two girls working were on their phones. Am I crazy or is customer service just getting worse.
