We have had the AMAZING experience of the serve r who calls herself MEGA TRON.. She is VERY customer oriented and has attention to detail with her customers orders. She is very knowledgeable about the selections they have to offer their customers. She’s funny and at the same time very respectful and all too happy to take care of their dinning needs. The pizza maker did an OUTSTANDING job and cooked our pizza to perfection unlike the other pizza establishments in the area that we have tried . We drove 25 miles to eat there and it was WELL WORTH the trip.

We had brunch here and tried a pizza, the French toast sandwich, and the BLT avocado toast. Everything was fresh and well prepared, very tasty! I would definitely go back again when we are next in Jacksonville. The only thing that wasn’t great was that our food all came out at different times, with almost a 10 minute wait between the pizza coming out and the rest of the food.

After a very unpleasant experience in November, I decided to give it another shot hoping it was just an "off" visit. We used to dine here pretty frequently and I will say the food is ALWAYS great. I was happy when we walked in because there were only a few people dining and a lot of people working. My drink order was wrong (not a big deal) but our waitress must have been on the other side of the restaurant for the next 15 minutes because she never came back. Easy fix- I went to the counter myself and got the right drink. We wondered where our appetizer was after about 20 minutes but saw our waitress coming with food and figured she had our app. It was our entrees. I asked where the appetizer was and she said hadn't realized we never got our appetizer. No problem, just take it off the bill. Then, I see my mom (who despises eggs) picking all of the eggs off her sandwich and asked her why she ordered a sandwich with eggs. She said she didn't, it was supposed to be a French toast sandwich (like a grilled cheese) with cheese and ham grilled between two pieces of French toast. Weird, so I went and grabbed a menu and sure enough the sandwich description says nothing about having eggs and there was supposed to be cheese (there was no cheese on her sandwich). We mentioned it to the waitress but that didn't go over very well. So in summary, as many people struggle in this economy, eating out is becoming a luxury and I will be more selective in where I spend my money on this luxury.

We had the Holy Shiitake pizza and holy smokes it was good! Lots of mushrooms and every bite was delicious. I was going to try the Great White which was a white pizza with mozzarella and ricotta but I’ll try that next time. I’m from NY and certainly know good pizza and this place is certainly worth a stop when in area.We also had the spinach-artichoke dip and while it was “ok” it was nothing special. Stick with the pizza.

Waiter had no idea what vegan was. I had to request vegan cheese after already telling the waitress that I was vegan when I approached the carry out counter. She then proceeded to ask if I wanted butter after confirming that I was vegan. The vegan cheese is disgusting even as a vegan it was difficult for me to even eat the first slice. I’m really disappointed as a first time customer. This is very pricey for it to be a personal pizza. I won’t be returning and don’t recommend this place for vegans.Vegetarian options: QuestionableDietary restrictions: Waiter had no idea what vegan was.
