Everytime I order the Greek salad from here they always forget the dressing. This has happened three times now. I love their food but like come on. It’s a salad. How do you forget the dressing??

I share a lot of reviews of resturants and usually a chain will have weak locations and or management. I believe this is the case here. I would recommend closure as cardboard or the house would be safer. The service is not great but the food and management is. If you just need to eat go some where else.

placed an order for 60$ worth of pizza, waited 2 hours and got a notification that it was delivered to me yet never got the pizza. called restaurant and they said nothing could be done because they deliver through DoorDash even though we placed the order on the restaurant website. I truly believe that doordash is the problem however there should be systems in place to protect the customer, instead it's a system of finger pointing and now I will be waiting days for a refund while I'm still waiting on that pizza....SMH

Love the Pizza. The restaurant is great for families or date night too. We usually do the take out Pizza on the weekend.

Great Pizza and service. Arrived at lunchtime and enjoyed a pizza with my son. Pic included. If you have not tried it, you should. Prices are a bit higher than a traditional pizza place, but with it.
This is a good spot for pizza and apps. Fridays, they have live music, which is nice and not overbearing. I usually get good service, but recently, due to being busy, servers seem a little frustrated. Still not bad though. I recommend trying the spinach dip and meatballs. If they tell you pizzas are taking 45 minutes to cook its more like 20. I think it's to try and give the kitchen a break or to catch up on busy nights.Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is good for kids and booths are big enough to let them be kids.

I love the Cloud 9 wings and the Holy Shiitake pizza. Normally I order out, but one time we dined in and that was a whole different experience. The food is just so much better when it's just coming out and super hot! It's soooooo delicious!

Love this Mellow Mushroom and I was quite impressed with their food . The vibe was family friendly and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Beer cheese was some of the best . The band I have seen in Jacksonville. Great laid back Reggae. My family and I would like to have an event outside on a night the band plays. My husband loved the beer selection. Our waitress was fun and had great menu knowledge.
