I got a refund from the property which over 2 weeks later is still not shown in my acct. Why? Because the front desk employees refunded my money to their credit card and lie about it the whole time. Beds were very comfortable need to make sure they put more towels in the room then just two room was not very clean it is a tile style floor so it could be moped in between guests but yet my socks turned black it looked like someone had peed on the floor next to the toilet and they didn't bother to clean it either there was all kinds of nasty stuff in the bathroom wasn't really to the satisfaction that most people would like to have I was only there for one night I only needed a bed and a shower I could have slept in the tent

This hotel is the best hotel that I've ever stayed in Jacksonville , the employees are friendly and courteous and extremely helpful, the rooms are always cleaned daily , housekeeping staff are always on point and very helpful as well, this hotel is on the bus lines and it is very convenient for restaurants and shopping it is the far most better of hotels in Jacksonville FL

I've chanced this hotel maybe too many times since it was a dump as Gator Lodge and since it's new name and ownership I'm highly impressed at it's remodeling. They put a good amount of work into each room with better showers, furniture, AC, beds and lighting. Very clean and doesn't smell anymore. Great service with a night worker named Nanu. I mean for $60 this place went from a dump at 1 star to an easy 3.5 to maybe 4 rating. Yes there is room for improvement here and there but I see no better place at the same cost. And no this is not some fake advertisement. I truly am impressed with what's been done.
