After prom a group of my friends came in and tried to get a table. The host at the front (TJ was his name) was so rude and didn't look or act like he wanted to serve or help us. He was so unprofessional. Your job as a host is to greet customers not make them want to turn around and go eat somewhere else. We ended up staying and eating. Our server was very inattentive to our large group that we had to consistently ask for refills, she rarely checked in on us. We were heading out when i asked for his name and he gave it to me and said are you going to get me fired with such an unprofessional and sarcastic attitude. Though i didn't hear him my friends told me. I was sick of this guys attitude so i asked for a manager. And the manager did nothing abt the situation, didn't even listen to me speak. All he said was that he (TJ) normally isn't like this and that he's sorry if he offended me. Also, this girl instigated and said please do, as in getting him fired, her name was Ros something. No one was talking to you stop instigating. Then they went to the bank to talk about me. What kind of employees is this franchise hiring? Gene. Your employees are trash and you are as well. You did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help the situation. I couldn't care if he isn't like this normally he can get his act together or quit if he can't handle a simple job. All of them were so unprofessional. I would normally recommend ale house but definitely not anymore. And definitely not this location. The customers there were so much nicer than the workers. Thats saying something.

Worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. Waited an hour to get a table because our table of 8 was too many. Once we got a table, we were completely ignored. My girlfriend’s meal was inedible, but the server never bothered to check on us; she didn’t end up eating anything. Manager was unhelpful and condescending and gave excuses for our experience. Tried to give me 1.30 off my meal to “try to make it better”. From host to server and then manager, no one was helpful or seemed to care.

You guys close at 1am for a reason. I waited an hour an a half for wings a fries when there was only one table in house. I got there at 12:07, didn’t get my food till closing time. Mind you I also came in an was not helped nor greeted, I took my self to the bar so I could order togo. Plus bar tender had attitude.

I felt terrible for our server. He was the only person I saw working the entire time my party was there. He was doing everything from seating guests to taking orders to running food. I did not see a single other employee besides this young man. He was very kind, but clearly overwhelmed as anyone would be.The food was horrid. My burger was completely rare when I asked for medium well. I couldn’t even eat it, the taste was atrocious. Even the caesar salad was terrible which I didn’t think was possible. It was drenched in dressing with limited lettuce or anything else. No one else in my party finished their meal either. As we drove home I began to get sick. I will never return to this Miller’s.

I had dinner at this location earlier this week and paid with my debit card. I was not happy to see that my card was charged for more than I approved. We didn’t expect this because it’s never happened at this location before so we didn’t keep our receipt. Wish I had now. There is at least one server that doesn’t mind stealing from you. On a brighter note the food was good.
Food was great arrived very fast, drink were kept full.

Don't bother coming to Miller's for their previous Prime Rib dinner on Thursday and Sunday. Those days are gone. Even though they advertise Happy Hour, there are no drinks on the menu for said hour! Prime Rib is $22.99 for 16 oz and $17.99 for 12 oz. (We both ordered the 16 oz. The prime rib was such low quality, you could barely cut it.) Miller's is definitely not "fine dining" and this place is not worth those prices! I predict Miller's will be the next to close down!
