I would like to thank Nicholas an employee at this Moe’s location. This evening my 16 year old daughter and her 15 year old friend stopped by to eat after volleyball and were approached by a 21 year old male who insisted on sitting with them but they rejected him. He then sat directly beside them and proceeded even after being told their ages to get their phone numbers and social media information. Thanks to this alert employee and the others on staff they started walking over to check on the girls, to interrupt the communication and asked on several occasions if the girls “needed anything”. Once the girls were finished the same employee went over and began talking to the young man, keeping him from leaving. This mom cannot thank them enough. Nicholas, you are one of a kind and you being alert and caring could have very well kept the girls safe tonight. So, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Moe’s….your entire company should be ashamed of yourselves. This review is specifically for the Atlantic Blvd. location near Girvin in Jacksonville, FL.I just spent a little under $17 for a chicken quesadilla (just white meat chicken and cheese only) along with the smallest sized side of queso. No drink. I was in complete disbelief when I saw how small of a serving of chicken that was put on the quesadilla. I have been a chef for over 20 years, and it was barely 3 ounces of meat. I was charged $0.99 extra for this type of meat, and I was served hardly any. In the picture I posted, there is such a little amount of chicken in there that I could fold back half of the entire quesadilla to show it is mostly cheese. As for the side of queso: $2.59 and they couldn’t even fill it up to the proper level. I have these exact portion cups at home, I am not even exaggerating. My wife and I have been coming to Moe’s since 2005, and never before have I been this shocked at the cost and the severely low portions. As for the service: the guy making the food will barely talk loud enough to hear him, and his portioning was poor. If management makes them serve such tiny portions, then it is just comical. I am not sure if they serve less as a front line decision because they are lazy and donot want to prep more.Again, as a chef, I KNOW portion sizes and value for your money. Moe’s is robbing you blind if you choose to keep accepting these outrageous prices. I can go to a sit down restaurant for nearly the same price now with the only difference being the tip factor. And by the way, I ALWAYS tip the workers at Moe’s, but the company has now swallowed up that extra money. I would have given zero stars if it were possible. Pathetic. Where is the management at this place?!

Me and my friend just visited this location which we normally go all the time, but tonight the customer service from a gentlemen with black curly hair was mean and rolling his eyes with every question. I could not believe how poor this customer service was. It was a very unwelcoming atmosphere.

Frequent weekly. On 2/24/24, dining and drink area was a mess . Most all tables and at least 4 of the tables had numerous food particles on the floor. I brought it to one workers attention and they wiped tables and left floors and drink area. When the managers are in, this usually doesn't happen and should never happen. You have to stay on top of what needs doing so this does not happen!

They always close down the tofu over an hour earlier than the restaurant closes. Really a shame because I would eat here once a week if they still served tofu after 9

Moe's used to be really good. This is almost all moe's now. Their app sucks, when you go in it's just as bad. Management problem. They don't even say "Welcome to Moe's" anymore. The last 5 ish times I've gone in the past year. No music, Moe's is supposed to be playing songs by deceased artists. I have gone multiple times and they do not have lettuce or sour cream 50/50 of the time, the app does not even have the feature of putting lettuce on your burrito....

Portion sizes have become much smaller (ordered a bowl and the bottom of the bowl was barely covered). Prices have skyrocketed. They recently added caps to the moe Monday deal and the BOGO deals making the food not really worth the price.

I ordered a chicken burrito. For all the rice I received in my burrito (90%) I should have ordered Chinese. After already forgetting the queso, the burrito was disappointing. They didn’t even pack napkins to wipe the tears of how sad my meal was from my face. If you’re wanting a comfort meal, don’t go here.
