Came back, hung out around the counter for a minute, and left. Seems like whoever worked the day before didn't lock up. Or the people there currently just don't want to be where customers can order from then. Nice that I could still use the restroom, though.

Ordered from Moe’s…. Never had a bad experience until now. (Usually go Moes over Chipotle due to consistent service). Received an unsliced quesadilla missing ingredients, loose lid on question which spilled all over chips, no moes sauce on the side per selected option, no salsa that’s suppose to be included. Not sure I’ll be returning.

I regularly eat at moes but I was out of town and this is the worst experience i’ve had. We were not acknowledged when we walked in and the person making the orders was on the phone through his airpod while making orders not being able to hear people ordering. We did the 6.99 moes monday deal and the lady at the register messed up the deal and overcharged us. We didn’t notice until afterwards when we were eating and the food was horrible. Everything just tasted very watery and flavorless.

Neither person working here was friendly. We are accustomed to hearing "Welcome to Moes" at the other locations. Out of a lot of food items. No salt on chips and no salt available to customers. Very depressing place to eat today.

Idk how to put bad service without blaming the guy who made my burrito. He was making my burrito and being super friendly, and whoever the GM is walked up and watched him make my burrito. He looked extremely nervous and I can’t believe the lack of meat they gave me. I was afraid for him to ask for more with how angry the GM looked. She seems super unapproachable and looks like she brought her bad day outside of work to work. Somebody should come into this store and coach her, because it sucks that it’s the only Moe’s that I don’t have to go out of my way to eat at. I love Moe’s but I guess chipotle it is. 16$ for cold chips and close to no meat on my burrito is a joke. I understand how inventory works, but that’s a rip off. Kudos to the gentlemen who assisted me though, he seemed very friendly.

The food was so bad. The rice was hard and chewy like it had been in the pan for hours (went there at about 8 pm). The chips had been cooked in rancid oil. Just foul. They smelled so bad in the bag on the car ride home. Oh, and by the way, to get the $5.99 burrito after 5 pm on Wednesday, you have to have the app on your phone so they can collect data on you (the price is twice that without the app and most certainly not worth it). I suggest you eat elsewhere.

I ordered through their app yesterday and got their adobo chicken burrito bowl. By the time I got there and it was already ready and bagged. By the time I got home, my food was still hot. This will definitely be my go to spot from now on.

Great place great food, it's Moe's!! Right?! The serving area was messy and the beans tasted old. The drive machine was very, very unsanitary that I decided to not get a drink. Probably should be cleaned after each shift. We were the first customers. I eat at Moe's every once in a while so I know it'll be corrected.
