We came here and it was not as good as the other reviews. It started off amazing with drinks and the chicken nachos. The food did not reach the level that the nachos reached.

Mojos is my go to for work lunch or casual Friday Dinner. They have a huge whiskey collection as well happy hour beers. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. I got the Carolina Pulled pork sandwich with the fries. It paired well with a Yuengling. They have live music during special events like Amplified Avondale on the first Thursday each month. Make sure to order the fried pickles as an appetizer they are addicting.

I went there for lunch last Monday. Mojo's #4 has been one of my favorites for many years and this visit maintained the high level of excellence I've grown to expect. The brisket was perfect, so tender and juicy. It makes an amazing sandwich. Thanks again for another great meal.

The fish sandwich is outstanding! This is the only BBQ place I go to & bring friends to. Super casual setting (basically a huge bar) but good food served quickly (when they are staffed sufficiently, which is inconsistent). I'd love to see them expand the sides to include some fresh salads but they are pretty much serving up Southern favorite comfort food (think slow cooked greens, grits, beans). Meat eaters rave about the brisket. If you're trying to "eat clean" you'll find the menu pretty limited.

We have been here several of times and it was always good. We are starting our New Year diet and chose MOJO as our final meal. Needless to say, it was a bust. We specifically come for the burnt ends and the cook had no problem serving us super tough burnt ends. Like, these things were the equivalent to getting a well done steak. No. It was worst than that. I cannot believe they had the audacity to serve them.
