Have ordered twice in the last two weeks because we wanted to try this place. Both times it was a basic pepperoni pizza and wings. Both times, they put our orders through to the point that the driver had driven to the restaurant before they told the driver “we don’t have the ingredients to make this order”. Absolute nonsense and we will not be trying this place again! ?

Went there as a dasher. Stood there for 5 minutes as 2 employees walked past me. Then 3 employees walked out the kitchen to talk about the register and how he had put 40 dollars of his own money in petty cash and some new system so old employees cannot access the register. Again ignored. They walked in the back and I called the store. I told them I was waiting on an order they said ten minutes. 20 minutes later someone new walks pit with the pizza and says they have no soda, I canceled the order bc after 25 minutes I wasn't taking the hit on my rating.They think they are doing big boy things when they really need to tighten up and get it together

Ordered through door dash and the dasher was there for almost an hour just waiting for the food to be done (Spaghetti, wings and a calzone.) When we FINALLY got the food the calzone was completely wrong, they didn’t even give us a calzone & the wings were so over cooked that they crunched when I bit into the meat.

Don't order from here! They sent whatever they wanted. They had no pasta, no extra sauce, no spinach, no artichokes and refused to fix it. Nothing we ordered was delivered and the guys working were complete A-holes!

I tried this place for the first time last night and I was not impressed. Pizza was thin and burnt. I ordered pepperoni and the pepperoni was so scattered on the pizza that one slice might've had four pepperonis and another slice might've had barely two slices of pepperoni. I won't be returning. Spend your money elsewhere for better pizza!
It was my first time ordering from this place and was extremely underwhelmed. When my food arrived, everything was cold (never had issues with other pizza restaurants when it comes to food temp). “Garlic bread” was just bread and LOTS of butter. Pizza was too thin to my liking and the taste was lackluster. Stromboli looked was more like a deformed calzone. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again. There are way better pizza places around.

Sent this email to Moonlight Pizza on 7/24/23 and haven't received a response, so resorting to a Google review, which I never do. Here's the email I sent titled "Food Poisoning"Hi There,We live in Jacksonville and have frequently ordered pizza from Moonlight since it opened. I was just there on Friday night, chatting with the owner, who has always been so nice. He told me about moving locations soon, etc. I ordered our "usual pizza" and I tried something new- a calzone.This is not meant to be a complaint, and I want to share this information with you because I want the small business to succeed. There was a hair on the calzone. A long, brown hair. I was starving, so I just picked it off. There were barely any toppings within the calzone and it was very "doughy." Seemed undercooked, but I was starving, so I ended up eating about half before I threw it away. The dough was very thick, which is not how a calzone should be. I wish I would've taken pictures- it wasn't brown/cooked on the top.About 45 minutes later, I was sick as a dog. Sick all weekend. I didn't know food poisoning could give you a fever, but it can- and I still have one here on Monday.Work on the calzones. They need help. I can get over food poisoning just fine, but what if someone else eats there and gets it and is not fine? I'd hate for this new pizza joint in JAX to get blasted on social media. I thought it best to tell you about my experience so you all could get ahead of it.

The most disrespectful meal I have ever been served in my life!!! I ordered lasagna, they were out. So I changed to baked spaghetti, tried calling and they didn't answer. I paid $25 for baked spaghetti and a side salad. No salad! They literally through red sauce on noodles... Pretty sure it's pizza sauce and a slice of cheese. There is not an ounce of meat in this. Y'all should be absolutely ashamed of yourself!!
