We met friends to celebrate May birthdays! What an amazing time. Food was incredible and KAY, our server provided impeccable service!!! Pricey, but a fantastic experience!!!! Great atmosphere as well.

My sisters and I were out enjoying being together for a few days and chose Morton's to eat dinner for the evening. Amber was our server and made several recommendations that were 100% amazing! She was friendly, helpful and checked on us regularly. Our experience was first class. Thank you Amber for making it a memorable evening.
Morton's went above and beyond for us. We celebrated our 17th anniversary there last night. They made us our own personalized menu and took a picture of us and put it in a cute paper frame. Also gave us a free dessert with Happy Anniversary written on the plate. The service was great and everyone was so nice. Would definitely go back.

We went for my birthday and had the steak and lobster tail. It was the best meal I hVe ever had. I loved the blue cheese butter on the filet and the lobster was good and moist. They took our photo and made a birthday card for me and gave us a free dessert. The service was great, too.
Went on a date! We have a great time!! Drinks were great and our server Curtis was very knowledgeable and provided A1 customer service. We'll be back in the near future. Thank you Morton's.
We have gone to Morton's time and time again and they never disappoint. The food and service is always amazing. This past Saturday we sat with Jenn and had an amazing dinner. We ordered the tomahawk steak and added truffle butter (Jenn's recommendations) and the bread pudding and both were excellent. Jenn also recommended the carrot cake so we got it to go. Carrot cake has never been my go to but this was absolutely amazing! We will be back soon. ☺️

Just wanted to take a moment to compliment the service we received from Eric this evening. You guys were super busy, and he provided superb service. Eric was very attentive and welcoming. I appreciate a server who does a great job, and he handled our table of 2 with a perfect display of relaxed competence. Well done!

Overall the evening was lack luster, the food was mediocre and while the server was nice- for the price we paid the food and service could've been much better. I was charged for a wine I didn't order, $7 more than the wine I ordered- I never saw the bottle when it was brought to my table and the server spilled it on her tray and on our table so it was already short some wine. The steaks were cooked perfectly but the Brussels were soggy and unappetizing, I've had better for much much less money. Requested a booth for my reservation, was placed in a table in the center of the restaurant by the kitchen door. Overall I wouldn't come back. $300 for a mediocre dinner is not what I had in mind for a nice evening out.

Wonderful experience! First class service and top notch meal! One of Jacksonville's best dining experiences. A sleeper among a number of other downtown establishments that get more than their fair share of attention imho. Our favorite place to eat prior to a FL Theatre performance.
