Every time I go the workers are nice this time I was there around 1 p.m Monday feb 26 2024 with my friends I was ordering coffee for me and my friends my friends both wear the ? hijab. And I did not like how we were treated with sarcasm and the worst attitude both girls were rude and dry. I would’ve actually caused a big scene about their disrespect but I did not wana ruin my friends first time visiting Jacksonville. But I promise u let me catch that attitude again I WONT be that quiet about it next time. Also the coffee was disgusting.

I had the worst experience at this coffee bar. The coffee was so bad and I couldn't even drink it. I returned it and got my money back. The staff was not friendly at all they had attitudes.. when I ask for my money back they asked me why I told them why the coffee was really bad and I couldn't even drink it was not brew properly. The barrister was brewing the coffee right into my mug. Her pots were emptied, so I turned out to be really awful. I would not recommend the coffee bar poor service.

Greatest service in Jacksonville and I'm not just saying it, it's how I really feel about it. Always polite and welcoming, coffee is really good. They really need to tend a little bit to the tables outside as the fruits falling from the trees make it a little messy.
Had a wonderful veggie frittata today. Fresh veggies with a great soufflé flavor. Coffee good as well. Stop by and try their breakfasts lunch bakery. Yummy

Out of everything for "ice storm" out of "mocha" !!!! even paper for receipt so ended up with ice water. Was hoping for nice bit of caffeine to relax and chill with my daughter. should've went to Star Bucks. Not to mention it's disgusting how many people sit outside and smoke. Will never go back. The air conditioner is probably set at about 60 something degrees, so it was comfortable to me. The cafe is illuminates by a lot of natural light.There are limited electrical outlets, so if there isn't seating available at the long table then one doesn't have access to an outlet to charge electronics. The tables and floors weren't cleaned by staff during my time at the cafe. The cafe is not fully accessible to people with physical disabilities due to limited open space between indoor seating areas; however, the entrance is at the same level as the ground and the door can open wide to accommodate those whose body or mode of transportation requires space. The outside seating area is accessible.The food options and food preparation is similar to other major coffee shop franchises. This cafe offers unique and tasty options, like Lavender Chai. The prices are similar to other major coffee shop franchises.Overall, this venue is comfortable and a good study spot if you need ambient distractions.
