I pre- ordered and the order was wrong at pick up. Instead of making it right, I was told they couldn’t switch them out because they are made ahead of time. I had to pay for another dozen cakes to get my order correct. Terrible customer service.

Consistency! This chain is very consistent in product regardless of the location which is a great thing. Moist and never dry. There was a variety of flavors for the mini bunt cakes at the party.

I absolutely love this place. If you have not tried it what are you waiting for? As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a kind warm friendly welcome. The store is small but the setup is perfect. There are many different flavors of cakes to choose from. They have the best icing on them that I've ever tasted. The cakes themselves are Bundt Cakes with cream cheese icing. There are different sizes to choose from depending on what your needs are. If you need it for a party they've got you if you need it for a gift they also got you. Or if you are indulging for yourself they got that too.

I love ordering bundt cakes from here whenever I have a special occassion. They are INCREDIBLY delicious!!!! Lemon is my favorite though they are all amazing. The staff at this location are always super nice, helpful, and friendly. Always a pleasure buying cakes from here.

This was my first time. I went in and advised this was my first time ordering and did not order ahead. I don’t recall the young lady name but she was extremely helpful and extremely courteous. I told her I was looking for a cake to celebrate my kids birthday for a birthday dinner. She asked the right questions so I could determine the size I needed. She went over all the flavor options and birthday decor options. I ended ordering a 8in strawberries and cream Bundt cake. The packaging was also beautiful. This was the best cake ever…no exaggeration. It was moist and flavorful and the icing was perfect and not too sweet. I am truly amazed at the customer service and the quality of the product.

I haven't had a cake yet that I didn't like. I use them for all the birthdays in my family and sometimes just for the hell of it.
If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. The manager here is HORRIBLE. Our cupcakes were placed in the wrong box and when we got home they were ruined. We called and were told we would receive a exchange so went in. When we got to the store we handed them the cupcakes and waited for the new ones when they then RUNG US UP. Then told us we had to pay the new total for another dozen. Reluctantly, we agreed to pay but asked if we could have the other cupcakes back since we payed. They told us they threw them out and there was nothing they could do. I am extremely disappointed and highly doubt I will ever be coming back.

Love varied sizes of cakes. I keep small cakes in freezer for unexpected dinner guests or a sudden sweet tooth when I need just a small cake. I also purchased a dozed of the smallest size to take to a nurses station after they took such good care of my husband in Beaches Baptist. A real hit for sure.
