I placed to go order over the phone yesterday, but they gave my food to someone else by mistake when i got there, so they told me to wait another 15 minutes to prepare it again.I waited for about 35 minutes and my food was still not ready. Then I see one customer bringing the food back and the waitress gave the the food to me that the other customer brought it back. UNBELIEVABLE!!!So I asked her, " what is this? Is this new? And she answered, " she brought it back. This is exactly what you have orded"I was so shocked by her answer.HOW DARE THEY GIVE ME THE FOOD SOMEONE ELSE BROUGHT BACK!!!!So I told her I don't want old stuff, that's over 40 minutes old. Then she took the package to the kitchen, heated it up, repackaged and gave it to me.I asked again if it's new and she said yes, it is all warmed up.So apparently the never prepared my food again and just waited until the other customer bought it back.It was so busy to make any complain.I brought food home but I actually wind up throwing it away in the trash.I really should have gotten a refund but it's not all about mpney.I am just shocked that they don't realize it is wrong thing to do.I have been there a few times before and had a descent meal but I will never go back after this!!!

This is the best vietnamese resto so far that we have been to here in jacksonville. Broth is so good. We will be back to try their other menu. My husband is allergic to shrimp so the young lady who served us recommented something else. Young lady was awesome and educated us with some other menu.

First off, I absolutely hate to give a 3 star. I am optimistic in all situations and try to be understanding.The food deserves 5 stars. Absolutely incredible Vietnamese. We tried a variety of dishes including the pho, spicy beef noodle, and banh mi.The Banh mi is one of the best I’ve ever had. It is superior to most I’ve tried it large Metropolitan areas like Houston and Denver.The service deserves a one star. I think we got a new server or an inexperienced one, a young guy. Did not receive cutlery or water before food began coming out. Refills on water did not happen. Food came out at a very poor pace. 2/3 of my table got food and the other did not come out until 10 minutes later.I think if we got any other server tonight we would easily given a 5 star.I will not come back at 6 pm again. I get it was busy but the server was not focused, disorganized, and paid little to no attention. This will be a lunch or Togo place from now on.

Long story short, (i am half viet) my family moved to Florida in 2018 and I moved to Gainesville in 2021 and there havent been any good Vietnamese restaurants that bring the same atmosphere that the ones I grew up going to have. I knew this place was legit once I saw the buddhas up in front. any Vietnamese owned place should always have that lol. Anyways, onto the food. I ordered 5 sandwiches. 3 Đặc Biết and 2 thịt nướng. they both tasted like the ones I grew up eating. i felt like a child again at my grandparents house after we walked home from the restaurant With sandwiches in tow. every sandwich That I ordered was packed with meat!! The only comment that I would make is that i wished there was more pate and mayo!!! other than that please come visit!!

I have been here a few times before. I decided to stop by here last week for lunch. I decided to order a bowl of pho and to drink a glass of Vietnamese coffee. It was my first time having Vietnamese coffee. It was different. It was strong and delicious. I will be returning here again.

I had their wonton soup, it came with quail eggs, egg noodles, crab sticks pieces, and pork. We also have tried their pho, sugar cane shrimp, and their spicy pork & beef soup. Everything was perfect for the the cold weather.
