We dined in and want to share our experience at 9773 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville FL 32257We ate a wedge salad, a bowl of baked potato soup, and a cheeseburger. These young ladies are assets to your company. They worked together like 5 star team. My fave thing is the wings! My steak is never sent back at this location. I love how all the staff work together. Your drinks are out almost before waitress can leave the table.

First time at outback, and was not impressed. One of the hosts were rude. Side items were not very good, but the NY strip steak was as ordered and great. Got the bloomin onion and also wasn't too happy.

The size of the Alice springs Chicken has gone the way of the McDonald's hamburger. I remember a few years ago that it was a full chicken breast. What we got last night was about the size of a lid on a jelly jar. It looked like the breast had been cut in three pieces with each piece being a portion. Very disappointed.

I phoned (call ahead seating) at Outback on San Jose Blvd. at 10:00 a.m. I explained this was a special Birthday for my husband. I requested to be seated at one of three booths up front next to the bar area, my hearing is challenged, the farther into the restaurant the noisier it can be. She said she would note that on our reservation. I requested 5:00 P.M. to ensure it wouldn't be too busy and we would have the best chance of one of the three booths. Upon arrival I walked up to the greeter, I found her to be rude and cold, I recalled she was that way the last time but shrugged it off. She didn't say hello or welcome. We were on time and all three booths were taken. The greeter said we could have the booth across from the three that I had requested but we would have to wait. We waited about 5 minutes. When I sat down the seat was sopping wet and my pants got wet, as well as the tabletop being wet so the menus stuck to the table top. What are the odds that three other couples requested those three tables? There were plenty of other seats available in the restaurant. The worst part was the greeter's attitude and rudeness. She is the first point of contact to a restaurant. We decided to leave and when my husband approached her to express his disappointment the greeter turned her back on my husband and didn't say a word. We went to Long Horn and had a most delicious Birthday meal. By the way the greeters at Long Horn were so lovely and welcoming. Our waitress was truly a joy and the meal was delicious. The Long Horn we ate at is located on Southside Blvd. By the Way, we have eaten at this Outback for well over 25 years under the MGMT of Tom Wine and never had one single issue.

This was our first visit to this unusual establishment. I ordered baked potato soup, which was very good. But my parents ordered two ribeye steaks, and they turned out, in our opinion, to be too stringy, fatty and with too much spice. Maybe next time we'll choose a better Steak House.
They don't listen when you order a steak a certain way. After 3 attempts I gave up and never had my meal. I can cook better than they can
Had some good time, my Server was wonderful and had a great personality.
