Horrible service. Ordered ice tea unsweetened., got it sweet. Waitress Mckenna argued that it was NOT sweet. Later she came back to the table and apologized, someone added sugar to the tea. She would bring a new tea when brewed. Never got that. Ordered Wedge Salad with no glaze, got glaze. Ordered Alice Springs Chicken, no honey mustard. The worst service at Outback to date. Honestly, i dont think we will be dining at Outback anymore. This seems to be the norm these days.

A superlative dining experience. The wait staff was attentive, the food was second to none and the staff was very helpful in bringing out celebration treats that I had provided at the end of our meal. We enjoyed perfectly cut and cooked filets and couldn’t have been happier. This is our “go to” place when we want to have a really great meal and an enjoyable experience.

The food was good, only the shrimp, too spocy and cold.But the service, was lacking, didnt refill waters the whole dinner, didnt took dirty plates out, since the bread, salad, soup, and main dish, what acumulate, besides being slow, no charisma, mistake the check.The biggest down side was the awfull service, if there was one
My daughter and I had an amazing evening at Outback. The food was hot, delicious and came out very quick. Our server Tammy had us laughing from the time she was at our table, till we left out the front door. Tammy was quick witted, very attentive and relatable. This made our evening. We asked for the manager just so we could tell her how much we enjoyed the evening and the food. Kat (the manager) was just as awesome as Tammy. Thank you Tammy for making our evening. We will be back and asking for you as our server.

Don't bother getting the lobster. It's tougher than an well done cheap steak. Even the shrimp is subpar, and the waitress doesn't actually get your order right, you're missing half your damn food.
