Ordered take out. They forgot my daughter's croissant. I live 20 minutes away, not going back for a single croissant that they did charge for. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER AT THIS LOCATION!Nevermind, I'm driving back. They also forgot to add sausage on two Sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches. Last time ordering from this location !!!

Panera used to make great crusty french baguettes and tasty croissants. In the past 12 - 18 months the look and the taste changed. The product's names no longer resemble their tasty origin. The recipe changes were likely driven by the quest of higher profits. Using the same dough for bread and pastry will never work. The bread is no longer crusty and the croissant are no longer flacky and light. They taste doughy and heavy. Please, please, please resume using your old recipes and sell a tasty product.

Food was good this time but service was non existent. We used the kiosk and then kept searching for someone to hand us our cups. Mean took almost 15 minutes fir 2 pick 2 sandwiches and salads but they were as ordered. We bused our own table and had to find someone to ask for additional napkins. They're prices have just gone through the roof while limiting menu options

The Chicken Noodle Soup was salty and seems like it was made with Beef Broth instead of Chicken Broth and there was 1/4 Slice of Avocado at best in my Turkey/Bacon (also scarce) ? Sandwich

There is some things that I really like about Panera, but their selection has really gone downhill on the bagels and what is offered. It seems like they're making everything in fewer quantities. So it makes it disappointing that I can't get what I want as it's out.

This was one of the most disappointing restaurants I have been to in a long time. The food quality has gone downhill and they were out of basic things. We ordered an Fuji apple salad but they didn't have apple slices to put on it. My soup and hot sandwich were both served cold. There was a lot of goofing around in the back and overall seem poorly managed. The only redeeming quality was that the young lady that took our order was very sweet and helpful. I will not be going back to Panera again. After looking at other Panera reviews in St Augustine, Ponte vedra And Jacksonville it appears that this once loved franchise has hit the bottom of the food chain.

Well, I wish it had more gluten free options.

I ordered a americano and the brought me a barely warm coffee and they said they can’t do more hot Than that. they said to put in it in microwave to warm it up, you can also see this material can’t even put in to the microwave!! I paid for a Hot coffee not for reheated coffee. Terrible service

I ordered a Caesar salad today with no chicken. I requested to have the Caesar dressing and small containers not to be placed on the Romain lettuce. I spoke to a person rather than the kiosk, because of the special request. When I went to pick up my order, I noticed that the small containers were on top of the greens. I ask that they be removed as I had requested. When I placed the order. The young lady actually was upset with my request to remove them, obviously because she started throwing things into the bag, including the dressings, and one of them spilled. I have never experienced this typeof service at Panera's. I spoke to the manager, Matt, and ask him to do speak with her about her attitude. A simple request to remove the containers from the salad should not have upset her. I hope Matt speaks with her.

How is Panera still in business? They continue to discontinue items indicating they have no interest in being something that needs to exist. Then don’t.
