Spent $40 on pizza here and get back to hotel to 4 burnt crusts and no garlic park crust in the pizza I paid for. Call the store and get no answer.

Got a large that was a medium, was literally 3inches of crust or more, was for my sons B-Day. I reached out,but they ignored me. The pepperoni is the medium, but I couldn't tell:(

Been a big fan of PJ's pizza for years. Picked one up last night for the first time in maybe 3 months. It was a special, 2 toppings, large, pick up only for $7.99. Two things stuck out, the thickness of the pizza has been reduced and the crust tasted like cardboard. I'll give them one more try soon but if that one is the same I'm gone.

Some serious quality control issues at this location. Papa John's is my favorite pizza but this location has made it so bad each time I've been. Would not recommend this location!!

I ordered the Large Spicy Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust. I received a toasted cheese stuffed crust pizza with a dip cup of spicy garlic sauce on the side. It makes no sense for employees to be so lazy, that they can't take a few moments to prepare the food correctly. The pizza looked nothing at all like the picture shown on the website, of a well seasoned crust.

$30 for a thin crust pizza with 2 toppings, this is ridiculous. The website directs you everywhere to make a comment except the actual workings of corporate pricing and logistics. I am officially done with papa John's, digiorno is better quality and price at this point.

I don't see why everybody's going so hard on Papa John pizza's pretty damn good I get the Alfredo with Canadian bacon and spinach extra cheese extra garlic sauce and it always hits the spot. I don't know what's up with all these haters on here but we've all heard it many times it's always a good product and a good experience if you want to try it I say go for it.

I watched the employee handle cash then resume making pizzas which is very unsanitary. This location is always under staffed and I would stay clear from it.

They use doordash and your order comes well over 30 minutes after their predicted delivery time and always comes cold.

I didn’t know half crust, half pizza was an option. And it was so kind of them to just leave it on the ground outside of our door.
