Nick is a huge problem let's the employees smoke weed by the door and when I told him he was rude I told mike the general about his poor performance before and he is still there I will never fo back to papa John's period any of

We ordered online from pizzas. And when we got there, they were chatting instead of really working the one lady act like she couldn’t hear me. I was trying to tell the names and my numbers if my pizza, she said that we don’t have our pizzas or the name. So we went back home check make sure it was the right store, then came back, and the lady was not paying attention to us really she decided to help us. Did she ask our names like three times again and she fully got our pizza. Even my dad saw our pizzas on the shelf.

Last night I couldn't cancel my order because the manager said can you hold and I said no and was still put on hold without another word I have bought pizza from this store several times but I have never been treated like that

1/13/2024 3 years later after a string of bad pizza orders I came back. A much better crew and the pizzas are good again. The pizzas I’m getting now are consistently prepared and cooked correctly. Nothing to complain about. 1/23/21- the pizza crust was literally burnt!! Completely unsat. This location has so many issues with consistent quality. I'm sad to say I won't be going back to this location. PWorst ever and now reading their city inspection report- is it meat or burnt flies? Management isn't paying attention.

We ordered something totally different then what we got but when I called to tell them they told me I was wrong. I tried to eat what they sent but it was very nasty.
I was a religious customer every weak from $80 to $100 I just ordered for the last time no lemon pepper sauce everything was cold my wings were raw,..I just tried to get a hold of the owner at 103rd and blanding I still don't hold for 29 minutes,. And I told somebody what was going on.10/28/2023
