We ordered pan pasta and it was not as expected.Another problem was ordering via the app: we customized a pizza and when we got there we were surprised with 2 raw pizzas. We convinced the attendant to bake it since we were passing through a hotel. Ingredients seem fresh and of good quality, but unfortunately they left a lot to be desired.

There was a mix up with a delivery from door dash,it was sent way earlier than the store opened. Not only did they prepare the order but they were professional and kind. Definitely a good store!

We went to order pizza and was told by the worker that he was getting readt to shut down because he was out of ingredients. I looked over the counter and the food bins were full and cheese all over the counter. I guess he just wanted to stay outside smoking his cigarette and stay talking on the phone. Papa Murphy has great pizza but needs to hire more responsible people.

I came in just at opening and only myself in store. Young Lady ( no name tag) very polite and accommodating, this is a first time visit to Papa Murphy's so I will see how good it is and how much I like it.
