I ordered pizza here because this PIZZA PLACE was close to me. I had NEVER heard of Papa Murphy's before and assumed it was a normal ma and pop pizza place. Low and behold 15 minutes after I called in and ordered two pizzas my friends brought them to me raw, completely uncooked, wrapped in plastic, on paper plates. I have never EVER seen a pizza place that operates like this, ever. They do not mention that you have to cook the pizzas yourself anywhere on the website aside from the slogan "take n bake" which to a normal person looking for delicious american italian pizza at 7pm at night doesnt really make you assume much. To add to insult the pizza was very bad. Horrible. Tasted worse than frozen pizza. The cherry on top is that this pizza costs the same as a normal COOKED 16" pizza. For 2 pizzas it was 34 big American buckos. WE ALSO TIPPED IN ANTICIPATION FOR A COOKED PIZZA ONLY TWO RECEIVE TO VERY RAW, VERY UNCOOKED PLATES OF DOUGH AND CHEESE. OVERALL WE SPENT $40 (ON GOD, NO CAP).Overall, do not go here. They are bad. Stinky.Customer service is good though. I do not blame the kind employees here for this company's terrible marketing. Love ya'll. Thank you. I would have tipped either way.

I have been a regular customer at this location for 5-6 years and wanted to give an attaboy to Kaleb and Jason for their very personal and friendly service. When I walk in the door and they call me by my name it makes getting a great pie even more rewarding. Receiving that level of personal attention makes for happy and repeat customers!

Poor guy working by himself on a Saturday during the dinner rush, not his fault, but over a hour wait for one pizza

Tried the calzone and it was awful. I figured since they cost the same as places that do cook your food that maybe they would be higher quality but it's very clearly the cheapest ingredients they could find. It tasted like a worse version of a hot pocket. Haven't tried the pizza but I will not be back. The person working there was nice but dreadfully slow and they might want to rethink making the food in front of you because it shows how sad the food is from start to finish.

Always clean. Friendly staff. Can't beat the prices for pizza on Tuesdays! $10. Salads are inexpensive and huge, loaded with goodies. Out the door $6 for one salad or $9 for two salads

Was about to order 3 pizzas but my son was screaming he had to potty. He is about to be 3 years old and can't hold it for long. We walked in, I asked if my son could use the bathroom. The young man said let me ask. After talking to a woman in the back for a few minutes he said " no I'm Sorry" how are you going to tell a 2 year old they aren't allowed to use the bathroom. While walking out the door she said it's working but no. My family will never be back. Even if we weren't going to order anything, people should have some compassion towards children having to use the bathroom.
Can't get a pizza with no meat... The service is great and product is fresh, but the problem I found in almost all papa Murphys locations I went to is that I always get chunks of meat on my vegy pizza. I can't eat certain meats and thus I decide to not put any on pizzas. But can't get that from papa Murphy.

Keto friendly crustless pizza was really good! Being recently diagnosed as diabetic I can't have a lot of carbs so this was great!
