PDQ used to consistently be good, similar to chick-fil-a in the quality and consistency you could get, which is why it was always a go to. Now, no matter when you go, they ask you to pull forward and you are waiting constantly to get your food from the drive through. To the point where the entire line is backed up around the building and you can’t even get out of the line and are trapped. The food is no longer fast either, and the last few times the fries have consistently been cold and hard. Very disappointing and will not be visiting as often.

Yana from the Bartram location provided me with fantastic customer service. I do a lot of Uber eats rides on the side and you would be surprised how many restaurant employees just sling these drinks at me and they're all a mess and it gets all over my car. Yana, without me even asking, went ahead and cleaned up the top of the soda for me and made sure it wasn't going to be a mess all over my car. I wish more people I could have worked in the food industry

I had the spicy chicken sandwich meal. I think it’s better than Chick-fil-a. There drink machine is fun with endless combos.The music was a little loud when sitting outside.Parking: Lots of places to park. We went there with a group and had no issues.

EMS workers be advised they will no longer give you a discount. Drive the ambulance on over to publix and get a large pub sub and a drink for $5 cheaper!

These are chicken NUGGETS?!?!More like bottom-tier chicken shreds. I usually love the PDQ in Julington Creek, but this PDQ in Bartram is awful. See picture, I haven’t taken a single bite and this is supposed to be a 12 count nugget meal . Terrible customer service, no accountability, and the food is always something to complain about. I will always drive an extra length to go to the Julington Creek location instead of this one in Bartram. AWFUL!!
