Let me start off by saying, I’m highly disappointed in this PDQ location. Last week, I visited this location and ended up having an allergic reaction to my meal. I spoke to the store manager Brett who apologized and offered to “try and keep me as a customer” by having me come back to try something different. He told me he would be there Monday. Today I go in as planned, he isn’t there. Fine, things happen and schedules change. The manager I did speak with Alexi informed me that there was no record of my interaction in the Guest Recovery Log. I then told her I would just come back and speak with Brett since he was who I spoke to originally. She asked “what was even wrong with your food” to which I told her I had an allergic reaction. Her attitude was not one that a manager should have. I understand people abuse the system to try and get food but I legitimately had an allergic reaction. It makes me skeptical of reporting things like this in the future if this is the treatment I’m going to receive.

Went on saturday for lunch. Dining room was super clean, food was great and piping hot fresh. Staff was very friendly. Manager should be proud!

Took 40 minutes to get our food. Did not make sense. We went up to the counter multiple times to ask, only answer was they were serving drive thru first. Looked outside, it was 4 cars. People before us waited 35 minutes. The restaurant was not busy at all. There were at least 4 people working. Outside table top fell on my son’s foot. Said something to front desk, she looked at me and said ok. Experience occurred 3/10/2024

Ordered a large amount of food for coworkers and myself. Food quality was poor. Packaging was not appropriate for how much food we ordered.Manager was very rude to my girlfriend who picked the food up.Items were missing from the order, including a milkshake. When my girlfriend confronted staff that a milkshake was missing, one team member offered a soft drink and cookie to compensate, when a manager stepped in and said they will NOT be giving a drink and cookie.This was one of the most atrocious fast food placed I've ever ordered from, and the management should be replaced.
