I went in for Chocolate covered popcorn, some bags had trays in them some didn’t , poorly packaged by staff , was told the ice cream machine been down for weeks , the cashier threw my change on the counter and proceeded to talk to her co workers in the back she was very unprofessional had pink crazy hair was Caucasian I was highly disappointed she needs customer service etiquette classes won’t be returning to this location ever !

Love Peterbrooke and all their products! This location is under new management from the owners of Peterbrooke Town Center and Julignton Creek. They have turned this River City store around filling it up with great products and employees. Definitely recommend visiting this location!
The employees were very nice, and chocolate was very good. Their chocolate lacks a distinctive acidity to it that you get when buying something like a Hershey bar and that makes it much better in my opinion.

The location is nice and clean, but the product was less than delicious. The milk chocolate pretzels were not appetizing at all. It tasted like the cheap pretzels you get on an airplane. I miss the larger pretzels they used to have but was told it was a supply issue. Bring them back! I also bought the MC grahams and the graham cracker was stale and their appearance was not up to Peterbrooke standards. They should have been in the oops assortment.I’ll be heading to a different location in the future.
