Love the food and service. A lot of different Asian food you can choose from. There Cambodian, Vietnamese, Taiwanese, and Thai food. Whatever food dish you're ant they have it. Curry, pho, dim sum, pad Thai, fried rice, stir fry food. Excellent customer service. The owner jimmy was super sweet and nice. Very interactive with his guests. Price so very decent. Highly recommend to try here.

1st time, great atmosphere \u0026 the best sui mai dumplings I've ever had! Very tasty. I enjoyed the large portion \u0026 whipped cream for Thai iced tea as well. Good service too.

Visited here on a Sunday afternoon for dimsum and pho to cure the previous night of Teremana. Food was hot and came out pretty quickly upon ordering. The restaurant was pretty quiet and a couple did walk in and out without reason. Service was as expected no fuss no frills. Portions were asian parent approved. We even took leftovers to go.

Came here on a Sunday with my family for dim sum, and I was overall satisfied! For dim sum, we got the fried shrimp balls, stuffed eggplant, stuffed tofu, chive dumpling, bean curd roll, shrimp dumpling, and shrimp rice roll. We asked our waitress for a recommendation for a noodle dish, and she suggested the Mee Ka Tang.My favorite dim sum items were the fried shrimp balls and the stuffed eggplant. They were piping hot and very tasty. The shrimp on the stuffed tofu was hardened, but the tofu itself was crispy and yummy. The chive dumpling didn't have a strong chive taste, and the meat wasn't super tender. The meat in the bean curd roll also could have been more tender. The shrimp dumpling (har gow) was different than what I was used to because it had two small shrimp inside the dumpling instead of one giant shrimp ball. The shrimp rice roll was solid. The Mee Kee Tang was unique and overall tasty! The noodles are kind of plain unless you drown it in sauce. Shrimp was a little small. Overall, I was pleased with the food here. Service was great.

Discovered Royal Lakes through their Yelp Elite event and so glad that I did! Royal Lakes always has great food and the portions here are very generous! I always have plenty to take home. I surprisingly really like their Philly Cheesesteak Rolls and usually I don't enjoy these kinds of "fusion" rolls. Their Thai tea is also a must try-- they brew the tea fresh and it's not overly sweet. Staff are always very sweet and the owner Jimmy is fantastic and works hard to ensure that everyone is having a great experience.

Good and affordable I would eat there again. Crab ragoon are also good! Good size portions. No sake on the menu so you have to go to Rowes next door.

First time back at Royal Lakes since the Yelp Elite event last year and once again were blown away. Ashley and I had had a small lunch so around 4:30PM we were starting to get hungry so at 5:00PM we heading over for an early dinner. Since it was early on a Thursday we had no issue getting a table. Once we got the menu we started off looking over and knew we had to get some Dim Sum and appetizers. We got the Siu Mai, BBQ Pork Rice Roll, Chicken Massaman & Roti, Crab Rangoon's and the Philly Cheesesteak Spring Rolls. Within 10 minutes our food started to come out. Siu Mai - We had had it before and it was just as good as last time. The sauce it comes with has a great salty & sweetness to it. But if you dare add the Hot Chili Oil. Really turns it up. BBQ Pork Rice Roll - This was the most interesting dish for sure and had never had anything like it. The rice roll had a texture I was not expecting and the BBQ Pork was similar to what the pork in pork fried rice is. Not bad but not the favorite. Chicken Massaman & Roti - This was amazing. Hawkers is know for their curry & roti but this is better, plus their is tender chicken in the curry. For sure a must. Crab Rangoon's - Different shape but same delicious Thai Rangoon's. They would loaded with filling and had plenty of crab in them. I could easily eat 10 of them. Philly Cheesesteak Spring Rolls - These are my favorite for sure. As a cheesesteak lover I always have to get these hear and love that they use American Cheese. They are so savory and delicious. The filling could be a on a really cheesesteak hoagie and you would never know this was made for a spring roll. You also have to dip them in their spicy ketchup. We knew we were going to get a entree but of course knowing us we order too much and went with two. The General Thai Chicken (I see what you did there) and the Thai Peanutty Noodles with beef. The General Thai Chicken was very good. Crispy tender pieces of chicken in an amazing sweet sauce, pineapples, sweet peppers, and onions. If for sure different then the General Tso's Chicken you're used too but very tasty. Thai Peanutty Noodles - I always love a peanut sauce and Thai Curry's but I never see a Peanut Noodle so I had to get it. It's $12 for just the Noodles and Bok Choy but for $3 I added beef and this dish came loaded with it so make sure you add a protein to it. The beef was very tender and the sauce was great similar to the sauce if not the same that comes with Chicken Satay so make sure you like Peanut Sauce. The noodles remind me of ramen noodle noodles but I'm pretty sure they are different. Great dish!On the way in I noticed that they sell the Hot Chili Oil they have and seeing that I knew I had to get some since I raved about it from last time I was their and they were not selling it then so make sure you pick yourself up some if your a fan of spicing up everything at home. Until next time Royal Lakes.

We've come here on a few occasions and it's a favorite. We have a big family, which means, we have a big party. Great variety of dishes to choose - from curry to pho. We always order dim sum off the menu. My fave is the stuffed eggplant (not pictured) and shrimp dumplings. Other fam faves are posted in my photos. Not pictured but well loved, the flavorful Royal Wings and the crispy calamari - especially the green chili dipping sauce. Also, if you're looking for a delicious and spicy chili oil, theirs is one of the best in town. It packs heat -- so be easy. You can also buy it to take home.

Four of us had lunch here today, first visit for all of us. The food, service and atmosphere were all OUTSTANDING! Although we all ordered from the lunch menu, there was enough to take home for dinner tonight, too. Our server told us that it was a family business and her father was in the kitchen cooking. The presentation of all of the meals was beautiful, and for dessert we all shared an order of their Mango Sticky Rice, which was beautiful and delicious too!! This delicacy is not found on many Thai menus.I wish that I had taken some photos, but we were too busy enjoying the great food and the great conversation that ensues from this. I 'borrowed' a pic of the Mango Sticky Rice from another review. Ours looked just like this. We'll be returning for sure, and bringing more friends with us to spread the word about this great find.

This was an EXPERIENCE! The summer rolls are so fresh and crunchy and the sauce was absolutely delicious. The crispy spring rolls are everything you want in a spring roll, bursting with flavor and the plum sauce to match was so tasty, I tried it on multiple things. The drunken noodles were delicious and the veggies cooked to perfection. I was literally dancing in my seat the entire time we ate. The chive dumplings have been on my mind for days and leave my mouth watering constantly to the point of having to return for them. The BBQ pork buns are delightful and flavorful. And the donuts.. so delicious. We will be returning very soon! Absolutely MUST try Royal Lakes Asian Fusion if you’re near Jacksonville! And the service was equally incredible! We got all of that for $50 before tip, which is an absolute steal!

We ate here for lunch today. Got dim sum and the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls. I love eating here. I know we need to try other dim sum in the area but I really enjoy coming here. 10/10

Super delicious little aisian fusion place! It was so good, everything was on point. We love trying all the different aisian food places in our area and this might be a new favorite. We got the BBQ pork buns and fried sticky rice from the dim sum menu, and then I got the red curry with chicken and my fiance got the general Thai chicken. We'll be back soon!
