Very poor pizza hut employee mgr thinks he knows everything and when you try to help him he becomes combative then he tells me to call corporate to tell him what is supposed to be done it's my pizza I know what I want and how it's supposed to be done why everyone gotta argue just do it I don't need your smart mouth comments

I have to give credit when it is due. This location has improved a lot. My only problem is the you get workers need to understand there's a time to good off and when to be serious. I usually place my order and with I do carry or I drive up. I finally decided to Uber eats and my order was messed up twice and my whole order was burnt. You can't get through to the store over the phone unless you call the customer service line and when you do get them the order is wrong. However, when the drivers get to your place, I love the fact you can check your order with them and they can see their mishaps to fix it. The pros to this store is during drive up or Carry out you can fix your order at the window and the food is beautiful in presentation and freshly ordered. This store has a lot of potential and the younger works do as well. With a little more customer service training I think everything will be fine but keep up the decent work.

Went to this pizza hut on Normandy last Saturday and service was great .I figured this was a manager.Our 6 inch pan pizza was hot and delicious.Went to this same hut on Friday with same order from previous week and service was terrible.After a extremely long wait I asked about our order and it was on the counter for take out when I was told it would be delivered to our table for dine in.Employee apologies .Pizza wasn't hot, probably sitting for no telling how long.We will not be back.

Pizza hut is good but Pizza hut on Normandy is a deal breaker!
This place should remove ALL nascar memorabilia because they only play basketball and they will NOT change the channel for the customers. The worker said the manager says they can’t change the channel because other customers may be watching it and how bout there’s no other customers in the dining room except us!
Because of illness we placed order on line because they delivered to our address. Worse pizza ever. Was on a cold hard crust. Ingredients VERY small. Complete waste of our $$$.

The his place on a Friday night is awful, immature workers(kids) food was cold they were unaware of what i ordered although we were given a receipt. Had the family meal for 33$ total 39$I asked for no pork they put pork on pizza anyway, again food was cold probably after they ran around looking for the order. I am absolutely appalled for Pizza Hut to pronate a certain pizza but other pizzas are trash!?️
Since 2020 and the covid outbreak it has been extremely hard to find a pizza hut that allows dine in. This one did! We had a pleasant experience everyone was very friendly and the food was delicious! We will be returning in the very near future!
