Amazing customer service, the food was AMAZING everyone loved it so much and a great amount was provided. The bartending service was also great and the bartender that serviced our party was such a lovely person. Great prices, great everything. 10/10 would recommend and use again.

January 2023 I'd received PJ's Catering referral from a friend & after looking over their sample menus on their website, determined they offered the type of foods that we wanted for a very small wedding reception early October, so I reached out & got in touch with Laura, the Catering Manager. We decided on a menu, & paid the deposit via online invoice. I did email a list of concerns, especially about the display, because I wanted the food presented in an elegant manner. We scheduled a tasting near the end of April but my daughter and her fiancé weren't able to get time off to attend, so I went on my own.Laura had set up a nice place setting for me along with a printed menu, & brought out three plates full of our choices. Everything was fresh & delicious, even warmed back up, with the exception of the Stuffed Mushrooms. These were actually made with Imitation Crab and were pretty terrible. Laura discouraged the idea of changing to another option, assuring me that the mushrooms would be correctly stuffed with real blue crab at our event.I did text Laura every few months to touch base and make sure everything was still on track & I asked if I would be able to sample the mushrooms with proper filling, but was never able to coordinate with her schedule. As Mother of the Bride, I was unable to be at the venue at the time of catering setup, but it was delivered & set up by one person, Adam, supposedly the Chef. Food set up was completed about 2:10pm.I arrived at the venue at 2:30pm with a cash tip on-hand but no one from PJ's was there. I was pretty disappointed to see that the finished buffet table was simply a long row of silver disposable pans.Food service opened at 2:45pm & guests started lining up. I realized that the various sauces were still tightly plastic-wrapped and guests helped unwrap everything. The food itself looked like a company picnic.Taste-wise: The Potato Skins and Vegetable Spring Rolls were fine, typical flavors. Naturally the spring rolls had lost their crunch as expected, no one minded. The Potstickers had no sear, over-steamed, and doughy, falling apart in the pan, & tasteless. Leftovers were trashed. The Crab Stuffed Mushrooms: very small caps, very tasty, I was relieved! But only 55 mushrooms provided for 50 people. The Teriyaki Steak Skewers had no marinade & were bitter. Leftovers were trashed. The Chicken Tenders had absolutely no seasoning whatsoever, in fact a few guests mentioned the chicken tasted "odd". Leftovers were trashed. The Cheeseburger "Sliders" were basically a pan of charred meatballs, each with a little square of mostly burnt cheese on top. No lettuce, tomatoes nor pickles. Next to the meatballs was a wrapped aluminum pan of split dinner rolls and another pan of ketchup packets. Leftovers were trashed. The Bruschetta was awkwardly set up at the end of the buffet, uneven knife-cuts instead of the lovely diced tomatoes at the tasting. Lots of Basil, but almost no Balsamic flavor, the pan of Crostini was untoasted, pale, stale bread slices.I did reach out to Laura that evening via text with feedback but received excuses instead of understanding. When I asked “50 Mushrooms for 50 guests?" she replied, “According to picture there were more than that, and that's what was quoted on proposal per person. Hope you have a great day!!" I then realized there were, in fact, 55 Mushrooms.Presentation notwithstanding, the food items themselves fell way short as compared to the success of the dishes presented at the tasting back in April. I'm grateful that the Bride was too busy having a good time with her Groom and guests to have had much opportunity to eat this food. I myself was both livid and mortified that our guests were served such unprofessional looking & tasting food. Most disappointing of all is Laura's defensiveness & pushback of the feedback with the added "Hope you have a great day!!" at the end. Looking back at the pictures of the food, any caterer should rightfully f

I LOVE Pjs catering. They handled our chaotic wedding perfectly!! We had to move the time from dinner to lunch, THE DAY BEFORE because of a downpour storm that was coming, and they said not a problem. The charcuterie app is a must, I’m still eating leftovers on Monday and our wedding was on Saturday! lol. And the herb butter for the filet?? Genius. They even accommodated surprise stone crab trays our brother in law gifted us! Our servers, were INCREDIBlE, so nice and not to mention gorgeous. A million stars!!

My wife and I contracted with PJ's Catering for our wedding several evenings ago. We could not have been more pleased with the entire process. Our food tasting was a blast - We left that afternoon looking forward to our wedding-day meal! That expectation was surpassed; the food was amazing, as was the attention paid to ensuring that beverages were kept consistently full. The kind, attentive, and detail-oriented service was equal in quality to the food, and made the dining experience for our guests quite memorable! We continue to receive compliments on the culinary selections for our wedding, and we believe that a positive review is an absolute must. It is our pleasure to strongly recommend PJ's Catering for your event - Worth every penny!

We used them when we got married in Saint Augustine in 2015. Food was great, really enjoyed the pistachio grouper. Everything was also reasonably priced. Hoping to use them for an event coming up in February 2022.

We used PJ’s catering for our wedding this October. Jenn was fantastic to work with from the tasting to the event. They easily responded to dietary restrictions for our guests and their staff were fantastic. We had smoked Gouda and spinach stuffed chicken, beef tenderloin carving station, a mashed potato bar which was amazing, and some salad and vegetables. The food was one of the most reasonably priced for the quality too. We also did passed appetizers which were amazing too. I would highly recommend PJ’s catering and working with Jenn for any wedding or event coming up!

Have been trying repeatedly to get in touch with these folks, via phone and email, MULTIPLE TIMES….regarding our 2022 wedding that we are planning and need to nail down a caterer for- ????% NON-RESPONSIVE. Even visited their booth at a recent bridal expo and signed in, requested info/to be contacted. Hugely disappointing- what business just DOES NOT RESPOND? This one, evidently.
