I really enjoy the smoothies here.However, every single time I use the app to order ahead of time, they NEVER have my order ready and blame it on being busy every time. This has now happened 3 times. If an online order comes in, they should be completing those first. It doesn’t make sense that you have an app if you guys don’t know how to use it. With that being said, I hope some conversations are had with the staff and get this issue corrected. Very frustrating!

Wonderful environment and very friendly staff!! The smoothies are so yummy and the staff are always helpful and kind (especially the blonde gentleman, Connor) 100% recommend!
This location is amazing. The owner is very cool and is intelligent on the menu & recommends a lot. The employees are great too. I’ve been to other Planet Smoothies, but I prefer this location.
