I have toddlers 2 boys I always buy them smoothies they love, and I always buy a medium to split it into 2 small cups for them! And I asked them for an extra cup and they said they couldn’t do that because their boss doesn’t allow it but then I see a plate of holes with cake pops and on the side I see a cup full of cake pops doing nothing so you will get a cup to do that but you won’t give a customer who invested more then $10 on a smoothie for a child? No actual managers in the store. The teenagers they have working would rather play on their phones then take care of customers. I’ve always loved this place sis sad how down hill they have gotten. I’ll take my business elsewhere
