I made my order online and when I went to pick it up there was an employee who needs to be retrained in customer service her attitude stunk, she asked did I order online I answered yes and told her my order number, she asked if there was a name on the order I said no and showed her the order on my phone, then she looked it up and asked the number agin, she has a nasty attitude the whole time like if she was paying for the order, she cussed at a coworker her supervisor checked her on her attitude and she shrugged it off when I got home instead of shrimps I got pieces of fried breading and 2 shrimps, the 2 orders of fries were loose on the bottom of the bag and the 2 small bags of fries were empty and the coleslaw was sitting on the fries, if you don’t like ur job then leave we pay for our food and deserve to be treated with respect.

Today I had the pleasure of being assisted by Miss Arianna. She was very professional, Quick and efficient. I had a big Complicated order and a bunch of questions and picky eaters. However, Arianna assisted me with a smile on her face. I love to give credit where credit is due, and I must say Ariana has exceeded all expectations with customer service in the fast food industry. Food was great. Nice & fresh & inside lobby was clean. I will return to this location.

This use to be the BEST Popeyes near my home, now the service is extremely slow, there appears to be a problem with ventilation, smoke has heated up the ENTIRE restaurant where there is a visible haze throughout.Please help this location!

It was an hour before closing. They didn't have any chicken cooked. And did not want to cook anymore. You could only buy sides that they had left. I ended up ordering mashed potatoes and gravy. When I got home, I had beans and rice. Which I don't eat. So I wasted my money. The girl was so rude. I guess they wanted to go home early.

Definitely wasn't worth the hour and ten minutes I had to sit in the inescapable drive through line. The wings were overly saturated with sauce. I'm not going back to 103rds store ever again. The biscuit seemed to be smaller. 40 dollars for a 12 piece family combo. I'll take my business elsewhere next time I want fried
