Ordering a 60 piece. Had to wait which is understandable. While waiting the employees were throwing f bombs and n bomb manager said nothing. I had to step in to say we are customers please have some respect! What is wrong with these so called managers? And employees?

Took over 30 min to get our meal.Biscuits were not cooked throughly.Rice and beans were dry and hard to chew, and it was only half full.We did not order fries but received a small bag.Chicken was good.

We placed an online order to be ready for pickup around about 5:45, once we got there the drive thru was slammed so I figured going in would be the quickest, boy was I wrong. In total we stood inside waiting for almost 45 mins and not a single apology was given once we got our food. Now, I should’ve been smart enough to check our bag but also when you have a simple 5 item order how do you forget 2 of them?? We had ordered the 2 can dine meal including - 6 wings, 3 tenders, fries, mashed potatoes, and 2 biscuits and we walked out with 4 wings, 3 tenders, and mashed potatoes.. This Popeyes ( 8007 Normandy Blvd ) is one of the fastest declining establishments I’ve seen out here yet. It’s dirty, ran down, not a single employee cares about time management or quality.

Parking is a nightmare. Don't go through drive-thru unless you have a full tank of gas. Not only us the wait time long but the concrete in drive-thru is not level so if you're under a 1/4 tank it will make your gas light come on and once you're in drive-thru you are stuck in a small narrow
