I placed an online order, get to the store, There’s nobody there, says open on Google. Do you know how livid I would be if I was the general manager, just picked up food elsewhere, drive back by you got three cars in the parking lot, people staring inside, people walking back to their cars shaking their heads. I’ll definitely never order online again, they took my money and the damn store isn’t open! On principle I won’t go back.

We ordered fish & shrimp in drive thru. The server gave us the bag & read off our order from the receipt in the bag. We drove home (20min drive), opened the bag & had chicken. Not what we ordered! Very frustrating. We were not driving 20 min during rush hour to get what we ordered. Very disappointed

Don’t even waste your time at this location. Not one employee has a clue, cares, or has any sense of urgency. 40 minutes to make one sandwich. Absolute joke. The only upside is you’ll probably get to witness a fight while you’re waiting all day for your food.

They were so rude a d acted annoyed that someone dare to ask a question. They didn’t listen. They didn’t tell me there would be a wait for the chicken until after I paid. I would have ordered something different. They showed zero respect or customer service and the food was subpar. Everyone had to wait for their food. It was me and two other cars. They weren’t even busy and they didn’t apologize for the wait or offer anything. The manager was so rude when asking me to pull up. The only nice person was the guy who brought out my food. This is not the first time I’ve had a terrible experience. I thought the other time it was because it was late and everyone was just tired or something but it’s just poor all the way around.

Handicapped access is good and parking meets expectation. The restaurants clean with booths for seating. It's a convenient location at Atlantic Blvd at Arlington Rd. Conversation possible and kid friendly. The chicken , biscuits with red beans and rice is delicious.

The morning I visited this location was on 3/3/24 at 11:29 a.m. I was unable to leave a review on the popeyes survey website because it wasn't working. I witnessed a great team of all male workers who presented themselves dressed in uniform, great customer service, the store was clean and the staff was very welcoming. I salute these guys and the food was fresh. The store #155-2808 and recommend everyone to stop by and witness a team of leaders. Thank you fellows for all you do.

Today was actually a pleasant experience coming to this popoyees. I’ve had some horrible experiences here such as extremely slow service, dissatisfied customer service but today was amazing! The manager was present and acted with so much urgency to move the drive through line. My wait had to be under 5 minutes and food was fresh as well. If under new management, it shows! Great job today!

The closing crew is absolutely LAZY. I placed a pickup order well over an hour before closing time. The team members were already preparing to close up and hardly anything we ordered was available. Unacceptable. We didn't get a refund for the things unavailable.
