How tf can you build a nice new building, then hire the dumbest slowest employees. Stop brining these type of people with this work ethic around! Went in for an order was there for about 45 minutes maybe more. Yall not sick and tired of this around Jacksonville??

I'm done with this Popeyes. Rude "..anything else?" service at the drive thru. Doesn't ask if we want spicy or mild. (assumes mild) I asked for dark meat, and get white meat. My kids mac and cheese looked disgusting, it was just a big hunk of cheese with no noodles. You put my chicken on top of my fries so those were grease saturated too. I don't want or drink sodas, I was told I have to buy them.$42 for six pieces of chicken, two small fries, and three chicken strips (with sodas for all three that I didn't want.)Overpriced, terrible service means, I'm out.The design of the building looks good though.

I'm so over fast food, there's nothing fast about it when you order online drive 10 mins to get there and still wait nearly 30 mins in lobby to get my food. Then to make it worse I get home and find out they didn't put any sauce on my wings.

Got there at 9pm, asked for a 5 piece tender mild , and they said they “aint finna drop tenders” cause they close in an hour.It also took them over 10 minutes to even come to the counter and acknowledge some one was there.I left empty handed.

Food kinda sucked. Not the friendliest staff behind the counter. One girl looked like she was just annoyed being there and I'm pretty sure I overheard two managers interviewing multiple employees about an altercation. Dining room was freezing cold. I also asked the cashier if the wing combo came with a biscuit and side and was told yes and then the person who gave me the food said no.

I use to love coming to this establishment until recently. The new staff & management is very rude, unprofessional & definitely lack any form of customer service. I’ve came through the drive threw about 3-4 times since my time here in Jacksonville & all the times were a mess for some reason. I’ve had excessive wait time at the drive through & when someone does come and take my order I'm being rushed or they are completely rude. Upon arrival at the drive-threw window there were many employees but I they were just talking amongst themselves & laughing instead of providing service. I won’t repeat some of the things that was said but it was very inappropriate & disgusting!! Especially because I had my 4yr old daughter with me !! & when I did get my food the order was wrong & the chicken was cold.

Awful service. I realize the drive-thru gets priority but after 14 mins standing at the counter and seeing 7 or 8 cars go through, not even being asked for my order or even a hello I told the lady next in line first was hers. Thus is the second time this has happened in a row. This location needs help.

Went through the drive-through craving the Shrimp Tackle Box, I had seen on tv. Every thing was delicious, but I specifically asked for extra gravy on my mashed potatoes. I know from past experiences that there may be 2 tablespoons at the most. When she handed my food to me, I asked again, did I get the extra gravy? Yes ma'am, she replied. When I got home, opened the container, it had LESS than usual. I hate being lied to!I want what I want and wasted breath asking, SMH

In my last five orders I have yet to receive my entire order. This last visit is exactly that my last. Not only did I not receive my entire order but what I did receive was wrong. I should not have to open my order to ensure it's correct every time. Wake up!
