I have been going to Q cup since I was a little girl and I will say it's probably one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the area. They offer a lot of diverse menu items, from phó to bahn mi's and their delicious bird's nest. The service is efficient and family ran, so I am more than happy to support this business. My favorite dish is the lemon grass beef bahn mi and the egg noodle beef stew. Soooo flavorful and all the ingredients are fresh. The baguette bread is perfection and absorbs the flavors of the pickled veggies and meat like it's meant to. The phó is my addiction, and the broth is enough to remedy my hunger. I am grateful for this restaurant and all the years they have served me. The boba is fantastic too... they have jelly and tapioca as topping options as well.

Was looking for something warm to eat the day before we were to go back home to NC. The weather on 4/7 evening was a bit cool in Jacksonville/Atlantic Beach area. This place hit the spot. My kids had pho bowl, grilled pork spring roll (2 orders), I had the shaken beef, a grilled pork Banh mi to go. We also had the boba milk tea and fruit tea (and we complained we were cold after ?). The food was amazing, delicious and flavorful. We arrived an hour before their closing time (last minute decision to come here), this was 20 mins away from our Air BnB place and still had all of the menu options available. Would definitely recommend this place if you want some good Vietnamese food.

I got the Honeydew milktea with bursting boba. It was amazing. Loved it. It was so good, if you get it, don't bother with the bursting boba, because it just detracts from how good the milk tea is. Too much ice though, I'll ask for less ice next time.
They have very good milk tea and their boba is always cooked well. Their menu can be a little overwhelming at first but they have a lot of good food too! I personally really like their Banh mi.
I came in here around lunch, which was my first time here. I have to say the service was amazing and eating lunch in the inside was a great experience for me. I was able to get my food fresh, and pay my tip up front. I will definitely be back again to try more dishes. My dishes were the grilled banh mi, vermicelli beef bowl, and I ordered a mango smoothie boba. Everything was delicious.

If you come here, the banh mi sandwiches are the best items on their menu. It's really their specialty. On this visit, we had their pho, but it was lacking in some areas. First the pho broth was very fatty and it's apparent they do not skim the broth during the preparation process. Second, it was served with lemon instead of lime, which makes the taste more tangy instead of sweet. Service can be hit or miss.
