Came in for a drink and some apps at the bar while I wait for traffic to die down. I’m the only person at the bar at all and been sitting here for 20 minutes with no service while she looks at me. Weird vibe. Leaving.

We went in on a Sunday around 4:30pm and I thought I would pop in and use the washroom before we get seated. OMG the woman's bathroom was so nasty... the smell along should have told me not to look in the stalls. Their was no way we were going to be eating anything out of the this restaurant. Manager and employees should do better.

I had a wonderful experience. My waitress Mary was wonderful and she made sure I had everything I needed. I noticed the Host Gwen hopping around greeting customers taking them to their tables and she even was even cleaning tables. Talking about dedication and hard work. I will be returning back!!!!!

I reserved the banquet room last week for a surprise birthday party for my wife. We ended up having about 25 guests. The manager was absolutely awesome in getting everything arranged. He also arranged for their two best servers to handle the entire event. Marie and Kay Kay were absolutely fabulous. We have never had such great service at any restaurant before in our lives. A big thank you to Marie for taking care of the five children who were in attendance as well as all the adults. She made sure they had crayons and plenty of things to color on. She was bouncing around the entire banquet room making sure everybody had what they needed. From adult beverages, drinks for the kids, appetizers, and getting all the orders for the main menu. I've never seen anything like it. I highly recommend Red Lobster on Baymeadows for any parties you may plan to have in the future. Five stars Plus.Parking: Plenty of regular parking and handicapped as well.Kid-friendliness: It was amazing how Marie and Kay Kay catered to the kids to make sure they had everything they needed to keep them busy. Crayons and lots of things to color.

My brother hosted a surprise birthday/retirement party for his wife tonight. I arrived early to decorate. Everyone there helped, hanging the banner, setting up the tables exactly as we wanted and just generally going above and beyond expectations. All told, we had 5 kids and 14 adults, ranging in age from 5 to 86. Marie and Kay Kay (God bless them) were our servers, and EXCELLENT doesn't begin to describe the experience. They were pleasant, patient and efficient. No request was deemed unreasonable and nothing rattled them. Considering our particular group most closely resembles a traveling circus, that's saying a lot. A good time was had by all-thanks so much!
Best experience. The waiter was the best. The manager and the Chef stopped by at our table to find out how satisfying we were. Walter's name is Isabella. She's well cultured, and she is the best and a great asset to the management. I recommend this restaurant to everyone who is looking for an exciting environment to enjoy each other. Shalom ? ?
