Wow, this is the dirtiest restaurant I've visited. Service was fine. Food 2/5. But so dirty. I'm worried I will get sick.

We stopped in after picking up my father in law after a long day of travel. Zachariah was our server, and it was so nice to have such a wonderful person taking care of us! When customer service has really been lacking in most situations, it was so awesome! Good job Zachariah and Ruby Tuesday's for hiring this young man. We need so many more people just like him!!

Came here to eat with my family after driving all day. We stood at the podium waiting to be seated for about 10 minutes. The servers saw us but no one came over to get us a table. In addition, the facility was looking run down.

Customer service was friendly and average. The food was good. I enjoyed my meal and my wife ate only the salad bar. The salad bar was poorly maintained in several ways. However, the food is not good enough, and the portions not large enough to justify the cost being more than similar chain restaurants, such as Fridays and Applebee's. The carpet is gross in this store and left sticky residue on our shoes. Look at the attached pics. Both the mens and womens rooms were filthy. For those 3 reasons my initial overall is 2 stars. For value vs. quantity, we will not visit any locations in the future

Do yourself a favor. Go someplace else. This place has aged poorly. Carpet nasty, salad bar empty. No clean plates because the dishwasher is broken. Evan at $8.99 I feel robbed.

The whole place needs cleaned. Floors were dirty as soon as you walk in and in the eating area. We were seated at a bench with crumbs and food on it. Salad bar was a mess with lettuce running out, toppings and dressings spilled everywhere. Baby back ribs and fried shrimp were good but the prime rib was pretty gross (see pic). Service was lacking. We had to wait awhile for a drink refill and ask for the check. We watched another table leave because the server took so long. The table next to us wasn't given silverware and had to track it down themselves.

The worst service I have ever received from Ruby Tuesday. Waited 25 mins to even order a drink before anyone even approached me. Place is dirty, whatever you do don't eat here! Manager was too busy to even come out and talk to me after I asked for them twice. Worst part of all they weren't even busy!!!
