Place is beautiful, modern, cozy and super clean. Food is really extraordinary ! We stopped by in Jacksonville during a road trip and were so pleased that we found this place. We had pasteis, cheese bread and tapioca as appetizers. For entree we had lasagna, risoto with ribs, picanha and pasta al limone. Everything was absolutely delicious, really outstanding food quality. Chocolate mousse and dulce de leche petit gateau are a must. Highly recommend Rustic21 if you are a foodie :) We will be back for sure!! Thank you!

First time visit and enjoyed the food. Recommend having reservations because it's a small place that gets busy. We had a few appetizers and the pork belly was great and so was the buratta.I had the braised short ribs which was good. Our party also enjoyed the salted cod, shrimp, and chicken stroganoff. The sauces and accompaniment were unique and paired well with the entree.The dessert were varied and the carrot cake with chocolate was a particular favorite.
