With no prices posted it is difficult to say if I got taken advantage of for my Subpar Spanish or if they are just that expensive. Food was freshly made and didn't take long. The chicken was okay, nothing special. Beans were very tasty. This is what I was charged $19 for.

I was in the neighborhood driving by and the truck looked interesting so I thought I would stop. They have pictures on the wall of the truck but no prices. I know I'm a gringo, but I thought the prices would be the same for everybody. I ordered three Pupusas and three tacos. I waited 10 minutes or so and they handed me the bag and I left. The price was $13. I thought that was fairly reasonable. When I get to where I'm going, there are only three tacos in the box. They were about 1/3 of the size of a Taco Bell, Taco for reference, the meat was not ground beef, but was finally chopped up unflavored meat. There were two chunks of lime, a half of a small, pickled pepper, and one slice of carrot in the box. The tacos had a small sprinkling of onion and cilantro. The corn shells were pretty good. The meat had a lot of gristle, and it was without flavor. They include some red sauce, which is Quite spicy. I poured some on after tasting the taco and finding it had no taste, and it was rewarded by an immense burn. My fault entirely for not tasting it before I put it on. I went back to ask them. where were my pupusa's and he says you didn't order those you only ordered the three tacos. I’ve never had Honduran food before. I’m always on the search for delicious food. Points if it’s a food truck. I was in the area of memorial hospitals starving. Husband was thirsty and we stopped at a hole in the wall gas station and tucked behind it was the food truck. Overwhelmed with what to order…I ordered the Pupusas and he ordered the Carne Asada plate. Both great. I will say I stole one of his as it came with corn tortillas ?? packed with flavor! The refried beans. It’s been so long since I’ve had really good refined beans and was so pleasantly surprised.Is it expensive? What isn’t these days. We spent $33 for what we ordered and two cokes.I’ll definitely be going back!

This establishment is easily noticeable in traffic, and has a cozy set up for outdoor eating. The Mexican food is delicious. My first time visiting but I will be back. The food is made fresh as you order it so there may be a little wait, but it's worth it. I tried the papusas with a spicy salad and sauce. It was different but delicious. Great place to dine or take out if you love Mexican food.
